Apple’s return policy
Apple offers a 14-day return policy for any items bought from the Apple Store. If you experience a technical issue with your device within that time period, Apple will provide you with a replacement. Here’s what you need to know about Apple’s return policy.
What items are eligible for return?
Apple accepts returns for apple products within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you change your mind after making a purchase, you can return the undamaged product with its original accessories and packaging. We’ll also refund any delivery charges.
If you bought an iPhone, iPad,apple tv iPod or Mac from someone other than Apple, it might not be eligible for return. We also offer a free 14-calendar day trial with every new Apple device. If you change your mind within this period, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the value of any promotional code used.
How many days do you have to return an item?
Apple gives you 14 calendar days to return items from the date you receive them, whether you bought them online, at an Apple Store, or from another retailer.
If you bought something at an Apple Store and need to return it, you can bring it back to any Apple Store. Online orders can be returned online or at an Apple Store.
Items that you buy from other retailers must be returned according to their respective returns and refunds policy.
How start the return process
If your iPhone is having hardware issues, you may be able to get a replacement from Apple. To start the process, you will need to visit Apple’s website Sign in with apple id Once you are logged in, you will need to select the device that you want to return. After you have selected the device, you will need to select the reason why you are returning the device.
Online
You can start the return process online by visiting Apple’s website and clicking on the “Returns” link at the bottom of the page. From there, you’ll need to enter apple id and password. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to select the device you want to return from a list of eligible products. After that, you’ll be asked to select a reason for the return and will have the option to provide additional details in a text box. Finally, you’ll be given a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your device back to Apple.
In store
If you’re within 14 days of the date you bought your iPhone and it’s in undamaged condition, you can return it to the store where you purchased it for an exchange or refund. If it’s not in undamaged condition or if it exceeds the 14-day limit, you can still turn it in to the store, but you’ll be charged a restocking fee.
To prepare for your return, find My iPhone on your device. This will allow you to erase your device and prevent it from being remotely locked by someone else.
When you’re ready to return, visit the nearest Apple Store with your iPhone and your sales receipt. If you don’t have your original receipt, we might be able to look up your purchase date using other information about your purchase.
