You can use apple id to sign in to Apple services like the App Store, iTunes Store, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.

Go to appleid.apple.com.
To create apple id without using a credit card, you must create apple id on apple id website.
1. Go to appleid.apple.com and click “Create your Apple ID.”
2. Enter your birthday and choose the country or region that you live in.
3. Enter your full name and preferred email address, then click “Continue.”
4. Choose a strong password and enter it twice, then click “Continue.”
5. Select “No” when asked if you would like to receive email updates from Apple, then click “Continue.”
6. Enter the security code displayed on the screen, then click “Continue.”
7. Click “None” when asked for payment information, then click “Create Apple ID.”
8. An email will be sent to the address you provided; follow the instructions in the email to verify new apple id
Click “Create Your Apple ID.”
In the text box labeled “Email Address,” type in the email address you want to use as your Apple ID.
In the text boxes labeled “Password” and “Verify Password,” type in a password that you would like to use for your Apple ID. The password must be at least eight characters long and include at least one letter and one number.
In the text boxes labeled “Secret Questions” and “Answer,” type in a question and answer that you will remember in case you ever need to reset your password.
Click the checkbox next to each of Apple’s terms and conditions, then click the button labeled “Create Apple ID.”
Enter your name, birthday, and email address.
Entering this information will create your Apple ID. Use the email address that you want to use as your Apple ID. This might be an existing iCloud email address or a new one that you create.
Create a password and verify it.
Creating a password and verifying it is the most important step in creating an Apple ID. The password must be at least eight characters long, and it must contain at least one letter and one number. You can also use any of the following characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + – = { } [ ] | ; : ‘ , . / < > ? \ ” ` ~.
To create a strong password, try to use a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols. You should also avoid using words that can be found in the dictionary or proper names.
Enter security questions and answers.
Apple will now send a verification code to the rescue email address you provided. Type in this code and click Verify. You should now see a message that says your Apple ID has been verified. Click Done and you’re finished!
Click “Continue.”
Click “Continue.” You will be prompted to sign in with your existing Apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID, you will need to create one.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
In order to create an Apple ID, you will need to have an Apple device such as an iPhone, iPad, ipod touch or a Mac. If you don’t have any of these devices, you can still create an Apple ID by going to the Apple ID website.
Once you have an Apple device, open the Settings app and tap on iTunes & App Store. Tap on Create New Apple ID and follow the prompts. You will be asked to enter your birthday, name, and email address. You will also need to create a password and choose three security questions. Once you have done this, you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click “Create Apple ID.”
Creating an Apple ID is simple and only takes a few minutes. You can do it right from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or from your Mac or PC. And once you have an Apple ID, you can use it to shop in the iTunes Store and sign in to iCloud.
Here’s how to create an Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC:
From your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
1. Tap Settings > [your name]. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud.
2. Tap Create a new Apple ID. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Done when asked to confirm that you want to leave the Settings app.
3. Enter your birthday and choose the country where you reside. Select “Next.”
4. Type in your email address (you can use any email address that isn’t already associated with an Apple ID) and choose “Next.”
5. Enter a trusted phone number where we can reach you and select “Next.” Note: If there isn’t a “Next” button after entering your phone number and email address on iOS 11 beta 3 or later versions of the iOS 11 beta, please enter the verification code under Two-Factor Authentication section below this article instead of above it as shown in the screenshot below:
6. A verification code will be sent to the phone number that you provided above; enter this code on your device and select “Next.” Learn more about what to do if you didn’t receive your verification code.. If Two-Factor Authentication is already turned on for your Apple ID, a Trusted Phone Number Menu will display instead of prompting for a verification code with each sign in attempt; select Continue and enter the six-digit verification code sent to one of the trusted numbers listed for your account then select Verify; if asked for permission to access iCloud Keychain data on this device for account recovery purposes select Allow to proceed past this step; if presented with terms and conditions for Find My iPhone/Activation Lock feature select I Agree at the bottom of the page then select Next .
7. Create a new password (at least 8 characters including one uppercase letter and one number) that you haven’t previously used with this account-this helps maintain security for all of our users; enter this password again to confirm it then click “Next.” While creating an account password there are certain characters that aren’t allowed: ampersand (&), single quotation mark (‘), double quotation mark (“), greater than sign (>), less than sign (<), backslash (\).
