Here’s how to find apple id if you’ve lost it or can’t remember it. If you’re having trouble signing in with apple id these steps can help.

If you forgot apple id you can look it up. Just enter your first name, last name, and email address. If your email address is correct, you’ll see a message that says “If the email address you entered is associated with apple id we’ll send instructions to that address.” If you don’t get an email, check your spam folder or try again.

First, try entering your Apple ID in the box below. If that doesn’t work, choose All Ways to Sign In and follow the instructions.

You can find your Apple ID in settings app on your iOS device:
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap [your name].
3. Your Apple ID is the email address that you use to sign in to iTunes Store, App Store, iCloud, iMessage, the Apple Online Store, FaceTime, and more.

If you’re signing in and don’t have a trusted device or phone number on hand, you can still reset your password and regain access to your account. Just follow these steps:

Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID, then click Continue.
Choose the option to Reset by Mail.
If you have multiple Apple IDs, you’ll be asked to choose one.
Follow the instructions provided in the email that was sent to your primary or rescue email address.

If you’re still having trouble, try these steps:

Sign out of all the Apple IDs you see in Settings > iCloud on each of your devices. Then sign back in with your current Apple ID.
Make sure that none of your devices are signed in with an outdated software version. To check for updates, go to Settings > General > Software Update on each device.
Update the operating system on any Mac computers that might be signed in with your Apple ID: Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu , then click Software Update to check for updates.
