- Open the Settings app.

- Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password to see your subscriptions.
- To see and manage your subscriptions, tap on a subscription.
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.
- Tap Done.
Apple offers a variety of subscription-based services, from music to TV to magazines. Here’s how to find and manage your Apple subscriptions.

Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap apple id tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) If you have more than one subscription, tap “iTunes & App Store” to see all of them in one place.
On the Subscriptions page, you’ll see all the subscriptions that are currently active on your account. If you don’t see a subscription but know that you signed up for one, it might be listed under an older email address that’s no longer associated with apple id
Tap your name.
On your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch
Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID,tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
On your Mac:
Open the App Store app. Click your name or picture in the bottom-left corner of the window. Click View Information at the top of the window. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password to see your subscriptions.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password to see your subscriptions.
On your Mac:
Open the App Store app. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID. On the page that appears, scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
From your iOS device or Mac, you can cancel subscriptions that you purchased with Apple through an app from the App Store, in iTunes for Windows, or Apple TV app; or that you purchased through other companies and charged to your Apple ID nal bill) by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.”
To see and manage your subscriptions, tap on a subscription.
Open the App Store app. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to view your subscriptions. Or tap this link: https://support.apple.com/HT202039 – See and manage your subscriptions When you cancel a subscription, you’ll still have access to the content until the next billing cycle.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.
After you buy a subscription, your subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
To change or cancel your subscription on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, open the App Store app, sign in with your Apple ID, go to your account page, and tap Subscriptions. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app . Tap Menu Subscriptions. If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “Google Play Store,” then Menu Subscriptions. Choose the subscription that you want to manage. To change your subscription plan or options, tap Change. To cancel and stop future billing for a subscription, tap Cancel Subscription Confirm.
If you can’t find the “Subscriptions” option in Google Play Store after you sign in with your Google ID:
Make sure that you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Check if other family members have subscriptions to this app. Family managers can’t manage subscriptions for other family members.
If an app is free to download, it has a Get button instead of a price.”
Tap Done.
If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. If you’re unsure who billed you for the subscription, check with family members, roommates, or friends who also use your device.
To see a list of your subscriptions:
On your iOS device: Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
On your Mac: Open the App Store app, click App Store in the menu bar at the top of the screen, then click your profile picture or initials in the bottom-left corner. Click View Information at the top of the screen. You might be asked to sign in.
On the page that appears, scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, contact us.
