If you’re using apple watch to track your workouts, you may want to know how to edit your workout data. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it.

Open workout app
Open the Workout app. Tap the workout that you want to edit, then tap .
Tap , then do any of the following:
– Change the workout type: Scroll up or down, then tap a different workout type.
– Add or remove a goal: Tap , tap Edit, tap , then enter a new value or tap Delete. To add a goal, scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap Add Goal.
– Add or remove laps: Tap , tap Edit, tap , then enter a new value or tap Delete. To add laps, scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap Add Laps.
– Edit distance and time: Tap Distance or Time, enter a new value, then tap Done.
Tap the workout that you want to edit.
You can edit certain details, such as the distance or time, of some workouts after you save them. Only workouts that you’ve recorded using the Workout app can be edited.
Here’s how:
Open the Workout app.
Tap the workout that you want to edit.
Tap , then tap Edit.
Click the next to the detail that you want to change, then enter the new value. To delete a value, such as calories burned or distance, click next to the value, then tap Delete.
Tap Done.
Scroll down and tap Edit.
Swipe up on the watch face to reveal Glances, then scroll down and tap the Workout icon.
Tap the +Sign then scroll to select your workout.
Now you can set specific goals for your workout, or just start to begin.
When you’re finished, open the Workout app on your iPhone to edit or add more information about your workout.
Tap the information that you want to change.
on your iPhone, open apple watch app, go to the watch tab and tap Workout.
Choose the type of workout, then tap Next.
On apple watch do the workout.
When you finish, tap End.
On your iPhone, tap the information that you want to change.
When you’re finished, tap Done.
To edit your workout, go to the Workout app, then tap the more button > Edit Workout. From here, you can change the type of workout, the location, or the distance. You can also add or remove friends who are tracking you, or turn off heart rate tracking altogether. To change the calorie goal for your workout, tap Total Calories Burned and adjust it to your liking.
