If you’re no longer using apple watch you may want to disconnect it from your iPhone. Here’s how!

Open watch app on your iPhone.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
Tap the watch tab then tap Devices.
Tap apple watch then tap the info button .
Tap Unpair Apple Watch.
Tap the My Watch tab.
1.Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2.Tap the My Watch tab.
3.Tap your watch at the top of the screen.
4.Tap the info button next to the watch that you want to remove.
5.Tap Unpair Apple Watch, then tap again to confirm.
Tap General > Reset.
Choose the option that best suits your needs:
-Erase all content and settings: This option completely resets your Apple Watch to its factory default settings and erases all information and apps.
-Reset Network Settings: This option resets your Apple Watch’s Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Cellular settings. Any connected devices will be disconnected.
-Reset All Settings: This option resets your Apple Watch’s settings, but doesn’t erase any of your information or apps.
Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
If you want to unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone, you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
3. Enter your passcode when prompted.
4. Tap Erase All to confirm.
Once you’ve erase all of the content and settings from your Apple Watch, you can now unpair it from your iPhone.
Enter apple id password.
If you have an Apple Watch and you’re no longer using it, you may want to disconnect it from your iPhone. This will free up storage space on your device, and it will also ensure that your Apple Watch data is backed up in case you need to restore it.
To disconnect your Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab. Then, tap the watch that you want to disconnect.
Next, scroll down and tap the button that says “Unpair Apple Watch.” You will be asked to confirm that you want to unpair your watch. Once you do this, your watch will be disconnected from your iPhone and all of its data will be erased.
Tap Erase All.
If you’re selling your Apple Watch or giving it to someone, you need to unpair it from your iPhone—which will also deactivate Find My Watch and erase all of its data. You can do this right on the watch, or in the Watch app on your iPhone.
If you have an Apple Watch with cellular, you need to deactivate the cellular plan before you unpair it. To do this, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap Cellular, then tap Turn off Cellular. If you don’t see an option to turn off cellular service, contact your carrier.
When you’re ready start fresh with a new watch or owner:
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap All Watches at the top of the screen.
Tap the info button next to the watch that you want to unpair, tap unpair apple watch
Tap Erase All to confirm.
