Deleting an App from Your Watch
To delete an app from your watch, press and hold the app on your watch face. Tap the X, then tap Delete. If you delete an app, you might lose any data associated with that app.
Locate the app you want to delete on your watch.
Open apple watch app on your iPhone. Scroll to the bottom of the watch tab and tap these apps. Find the app you want to delete, then swipe left on it and tap Delete. You can also reorder the apps on this list by tapping Edit.
Press and hold down on the app.
To delete an app from apple watch press and hold down on the app. Once the app starts wiggling, tap the “x” icon. You will then be prompted to delete the app.

-Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the watch tab

Deleting an App from Your iPhone
If you have an app that you no longer use on your Apple Watch, you may want to delete it to free up space. To delete an app from your iPhone, open the Watch app and tap the My Watch tab. Scroll down and tap the app you want to delete, then tap Delete App.

When you delete an app, you also delete its data. To delete an app, touch and hold the app on your home screen until all of the app icons begin to jiggle. Then tap the Delete button (x) next to the app that you want to delete.

From the Watch app, tap the “My Watch” tab. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on the one that you want to remove. Tap the red “-” sign, then tap “Delete.” You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the app; tap “Delete” again to confirm.
Scroll down and tap the “General” row.
As with any iPhone, you can delete Apple Watch apps by holding down on the app’s icon until all the start wiggling. Once they’re wiggling, tap the “x” on the Apple Watch app you want to delete. You’ll be asked to confirm—tap “Delete.”
Tap “Software Update.”
Updating your iPhone’s software is a simple process that Apple has streamlined right into the Settings app. Here’s how toupdate to the latest version of iOS.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap “General.”
3. Tap “Software Update.”
4. Tap “Download and Install” if an update is available, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Tap “Delete App.”
When you delete an app, you don’t automatically cancel any in-app subscriptions that you might have signed up for. To do that, you’ll need to open the App Store, go to the Featured tab, scroll to the bottom, tap your account name, tap View Information, then tap Subscriptions. From here, you can manage your in-app subscriptions. If you’d like to cancel a subscription, tap on the app for which you’d like to cancel service, then flick left on Automatic Renewal and tap Off.

-Scroll down to the “Installed on Apple Watch” section and tap the app you want to delete.
-Tap the “Delete App” button and confirm.
