While you can’t delete most of the built-in apps that come apple tv you can delete any apps that you’ve installed yourself.

Deleting Apps from Apple TV
To delete an app from apple tv press and hold the Touch surface of the Siri Remote on the app you want to delete. Once the app starts wiggling, press the Play/Pause button. A menu will appear, asking if you want to delete the app. Press the Touch surface of the Siri Remote to select Delete.
Highlight the app you want to delete

If you want to delete an app that you sideloaded onto your Apple TV, or one that came pre-installed, you can do so from your tvOS Home screen. Here’s how:
1. Highlight the app you want to delete using the Siri Remote touchpad or Apple TV RemoteTrackpad (depending on which model you have).
2) Press and hold the Touch surfaceor Select button (depending on which remote you have) until the icon begins to jiggle.
3) Press Play/Pauseon the Siri Remoteor press and hold Selecton the Apple TV Remoteto open a quick actions menu for the app .
4) Select Delete . The app is deleted immediately; no confirmation dialog appears .
Select Uninstall
From the main screen, highlight the app you want to delete. Press and hold the Touch surface on your remote until the app jiggles. Select Uninstall.
You can also delete apps from Settings.
