If you’ve recently upgraded to a new iPhone, you may be wondering how to transfer apple watch data and settings to your new device. Luckily, the process is relatively simple and only takes a few minutes to complete.

Open watch app on your new iPhone.
1. Open the Watch app on your new iPhone.
2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen.
3. If you see a message that says “No watch found,” tap Set apple watch manually, then continue to step 4. otherwise, go to step 5.
4. Wait for your watch to appear in the list of available devices, then tap it. If you don’t see your watch, make sure that Bluetooth is on and that you’re in range of your new iPhone.
5. Follow the instructions on your iPhone and watch until you see the passcode screen on your watch.
6 enter the six-digit code on your watch, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo appear on your watch’s face
Tap the My Watch tab.
If you’re setting up your first Apple Watch, tap the My Watch tab. If you’ve already set up your Apple Watch and just got a new iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then go to:
My Watch > General > software update.
Make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS.
Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi, and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
Tap Continue on your iPhone, then wait for the animation to finish on your Apple Watch.
When asked, hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone. If you’re prompted for a passcode, enter it on your iPhone.
Tap your watch at the top of the screen.
If you’re setting up your first Apple Watch, you’ll need to pair it with your iPhone. Make sure that your iPhone is on and nearby.
1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
2.start pairing on your iPhone.
3. Hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone. A message should appear on your iPhone asking if you want to Use apple id for Watch backups?
4. Tap Continue on your iPhone, then enter the password for your iCloud account when prompted.
5. Wait for a message that says Finish on your iPhone, then tap it. If you don’t see a message that says Finish, wait for a while, then tap the information button at the top of the screen and tap Try Again. You might need to enter the password for iCloud again before you can continue pairing.
Tap Pair New Watch.
If you’re setting up your first Apple Watch, pair it with your iPhone. If you’re using cellular, you need to set up service through your carrier. If you have an Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + cellular), you can set up cellular service right from your iPhone.
After you pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone, you can set it up to use a mobile data connection.
If you’re switching to a new iPhone, unpair your Apple Watch from your previous iPhone before you pair it with your new one.
Follow the instructions on your iPhone and watch.
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap the My Watch tab.
Tap your watch at the top of the screen, tap pair new watch
Turn off your old iPhone, then turn on your new iPhone and sign in with your Apple ID. When you see the apps that came with your iPhone, place it close to your watch. Wait for a message that says that your iPhone is searching for an Apple Watch. When you see the “Set Up Your Apple Watch” message, tap Continue on your iPhone, then tap Continue on your watch. If you don’t see this message, open the Apple Watch app on your new iPhone and pair your watch manually.
When asked, update your watch to use the latest version of watchOS. You might need to enter a passcode on your new iPhone or enter a six-digit code on your watch.
Set up cellular on your new Apple Watch
Open the Apple Watch app on your new iPhone and tap Cellular. If you don’t see Cellular, tap My Watch, then turn on Cellular. Follow the instructions to set up cellular service.*
Set up other features
Syncing contacts, calendars, reminders, documents (Pages, Keynote, Numbers), Mail accounts (IMAP), Health data (including Activity history), files stored in iCloud Drive or Dropbox will happen automatically when you sign in with iCloud on your new device.*
