How to Clear Storage on Your Apple Watch

If apple watch is running out of storage, you can clear out the unused apps and data to free up space. Here’s how to do it.

Open watch app on your iPhone.

If you’re low on storage, you can free up space on apple watch by deleting apps. To delete an app, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the watch tab then tap the app you want to delete.

You can also offload unused apps, which frees up space without deleting the apps or their data. To do this, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the watch tab then tap General > iPhone Storage.

Tap the My Watch tab.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the My Watch tab.
Scroll down and tap General.
Tap About.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Usage.
If you see a red number next to an app, it means that app is using storage on your watch.

Scroll down and tap General.

From the Watch Face, press the Digital Crown to go to the Apps screen.

Scroll down and tap General.

Tap Usage > View Storage.

To free up space on your watch, remove some apps. When you remove an app from your watch, its complications are also removed.

Tap Usage.

First, open the Watch app on your iPhone. Next, tap the My Watch tab, and then tap General. Scroll down and tap Usage. You’ll see how much space is being used by apps and their documents & data, as well as how much space is available.

Tap Manage Storage.

On your iPhone, open apple watch app. Go to the My Watch tab, then tap General > Usage > Manage Storage.

From here, you can see how much space each app is using. To delete an app, tap the app, then tap Delete App. Some built-in apps, like Activity and Workout, let you adjust their settings so that they use less storage.

Wait for the list of apps and their storage usage to load.

Apps that take up the most space will be at the top of the list. You can delete an app by tapping on the app and then tapping Delete App. If you want to keep an app but free up some space, you can offload it. This will remove the app but keep its documents and data so you can pick up where you left off if you download it again.

Tap an app to see more information about its storage.

To check the amount of storage an app is using, follow these steps:

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the My Watch tab.
3. Scroll down and tap General > Usage > Manage Storage.
4. A list of apps and their storage usage appears.
5. To delete an app, tap the app, then tap Delete App.

Tap the Delete App button.

If you’re trying to clear some space on your Apple Watch, deleting apps is a good place start Here’s how:

1.Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

2.Tap the My Watch tab.

3.Tap General.

4.Tap Usage.

5.Tap the Show All Apps button at the bottom of the screen.

6.Tap on the app that you want to delete, then tap the Delete App button. (You can also reorder your apps from here by tapping and holding on an app, then dragging it to its new position.)

Tap Delete App again to confirm.

If you need to free up some space on your Apple Watch, deleting apps is a good place to start. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Usage.
3. Under the Storage heading, you’ll see a list of all the apps installed on your watch, along with how much space they’re taking up.
4. To delete an app, tap on it and then tap Delete App.
5. Tap Delete App again to confirm.
