There are two ways that you can check your steps apple watch One is through the Health app on your iPhone, and the other is through the Activity app on your Watch. If you want to see your steps for the current day, then you will need to open the Health app.

Scroll down to see your total steps for each day. If you want more data, tap the day to see your hourly activity for that day.

From the watch face, you can also swipe up to open Glances, then swipe to the Activity glance to see your progress for the day.

Check the progress bar to see how close you are to your Step Goal.

The progress bar is located on the home screen of your Apple Watch. To see it, simply raise your wrist. The progress bar will indicate how close you are to reaching your step goal for the day.

If you want more detail, you can open the Activity app to see a graph of your step activity for the day. The graph will show you how many steps you’ve taken and what percentage of your goal you have met.

You can also add the Step Goal complication to your watch face. This will allow you to see your progress at a glance.

Tap on the History tab to see your step count for the current day.

To see your step count for the current day, first open the Activity app on your iPhone. Then, tap on the History tab to view your step count for past days. To see your step count for the current day, scroll down to the “Current day” section.

How to Check Your Steps on iPhone

If you want to check your steps on your iPhone, there are a couple different ways you can do that. The health app is probably the most accurate way to track your steps, but there are other apps that can do it as well. You can also use the built-in step tracker on your Apple Watch.

Open the Health app on your iPhone.

Open the Health app on your iPhone. Scroll down to find the “Walking + Running Distance” section. If you don’t see this section, tap on “All Health Data” first.

You can view your total steps for each day by tapping on the “Total Steps” number. You can also change the timeframe that is shown here by tapping on “All Time.”

To view your steps for individual days, tap on the “Graph” icon. You can then see your steps for each day, as well as your average steps per day.

Tap on the Today tab.

The Today tab shows all of your health and activity data for the current day. To see your steps, tap on the Activities card.

If you don’t see the Activities card, it might be because you don’t have an iPhone 5s or later, or you haven’t given the Health app permission to access your step data.

Scroll down to find your step count for the current day.

If you have an iPhone 6s or later, you can use the Health app to check your step count. Just follow these steps:

1.Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
2.Scroll down to find your step count for the current day.

3.To see your step count for previous days, tap the History tab, then select the day you want to view.
4.To learn more about a particular day’s step count, tap the information icon next to that day’s total.

How to Check Your Steps on Apple Watch

The Apple Watch is a great tool for keeping track of your daily activity. One of the ways it does this is by tracking your steps. If you’re curious about how many steps you’ve taken in a day, there’s a quick and easy way to check.

Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.

The Activity app shows your progress for the current day, as well as your achievements over time. To see your steps for the current day, open the app and scroll down. You’ll see three rings: Move, Exercise, and Stand.

If you’ve completed your goal for the day, the rings will be green. If you’still working on it, they’ll be red.

You can also tap each ring to see more detailed information about your activity for that particular area.

For example, if you tap on the “Move” ring, you’ll see many calories you’ve burned and how many active minutes you’ve accumulated so far that day.

If you need some help getting started, you can set up a dailyMove goal by opening the watch app on your iPhone and tapping “My Watch.” Then, tap “Activity” and scroll down to “Move Goals.”

Scroll to the bottom of the History tab to find your Step Goal.

The History tab shows a summary of your daily activity. To see your step goal for the current day:

1. Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the History tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Your step goal for the current day is shown under “Step Goal”.

Check the progress bar to see how close you are to your Step Goal.

The progress bar shows how close you are to your Step Goal. It’s located on the Home screen, and it updates throughout the day to show your progress.

When you reach your Step Goal, the progress bar is full, and you might hear a sound or feel a tap.

Tap on the History tab to see your step count for the current day.

To view your step count for the day, simply tap on the “History” tab located at the bottom of the Health app. Doing so will expand to reveal your step count progress for the current day as well as your walking + running distance.

If you want to see your step count progress for previous days, simply swipe left or right on the History tab. Doing so will reveal past data that is neatly organized by date. To get even more detailed information, tap on a specific day to see your step count progress hour-by-hour.
