Checking your heart rate on apple watch is a great way to keep track of your fitness and overall health. Here’s how to do it!

Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap “My Profile” at the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Heart” under Health Stats.
Tap “More Info” under Heart Rate.
From here, you can view your current heart rate, as well as your resting heart rate and recovery rate.
Tap the “Browse” tab.
If you want to check your heart rate on apple watch you’ll need to first open the Activity app. Once you’re in the app, tap on the “Browse” tab at the bottom of the screen. Then, scroll down and tap on “Heart Rate.”
On the next screen, you’ll see your current heart rate, as well as your resting heart rate. You can also view your heart rate data for the past week by tapping on the “History” button at the top of the screen.
Tap “Heart.”
To check your heart rate on apple watch simply tap the “Heart” icon on the main screen. This will bring up a heart rate graph and some other information about your current heart rate. You can also check your heart rate by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the Glances menu, and then tapping on the “Heart Rate” glance.
Tap “Electrocardiogram (ECG).”
If you want to check your heart rate on apple watch open the Health app and tap “Heart.” From there, you’ll see your current heart rate and your resting heart rate. To get a more detailed look at your heart rate, tap “Electrocardiogram (ECG).”
If you’re wearing apple watch Series 4 or later, you can use the ECG app to take an electrocardiogram (ECG). This will show you whether or not you have atrial fibrillation (AFib), a type of irregular heartbeat.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
apple watch has a built-in heart rate sensor that can be used to check your heart rate at any time. To do this, follow the instructions on the screen.
1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “Heart rate” tab.
3. Tap “Measurements.”
4. Tap “Add Measurement.”
5. Select apple watch from the list of devices.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen to check your heart rate.
