How to Check Blood Pressure on Apple Watch

Apple Watch can help you track and manage your blood pressure with the built-in Blood Pressure app.

Open the Health app on your iPhone.

Tap the Browse tab, then tap Heart.

Under Heart Rate, tap Learn about HealthKit & read the Privacy Policy. If you don’t want to share your data with apps, stop here and don’t continue. If you want to continue, tap Allow on the next screen.

Now that Health is set up, open watch app on your iPhone and tap My Watch.

Tap Heart > High Blood Pressure. Turn on Track High Blood Pressure.

On apple watch open the Health app. Tap Browse > Heart > High Blood Pressure.

Tap the Browse tab, then tap Heart.

Open the Health app, then tap the Browse tab.

Tap Heart, then tap Blood Pressure.

Tap Add Data, then enter your systolic and diastolic numbers.

Tap Done.

Tap High Blood Pressure.

If you have high blood pressure, you can monitor it with apple watch Here’s how:

1. On your iPhone, open the Health app.
2. Tap the Browse tab, then tap High Blood Pressure.
3. Tap Add Data, then enter your systolic and diastolic numbers.
4. When you’re finished, tap Save.
5. The next time you open the Health app, you’ll see your blood pressure numbers in the High Blood Pressure section.

Tap Add Data Point.

If you’re using apple watch Series 1 or earlier, you need to download the separate Health app apple watch Open it, then tap the Summary tab.

Tap Add Data Point, then tap Blood Pressure. Use the Digital Crown to set your systolic reading (the first number), then tap Save. Tap Add Data Point again, then tap Diastolic Reading. Use the Digital Crown to set your diastolic reading (the second number), then tap Save.

Use the Digital Crown to set the systolic and diastolic numbers, then tap Done.

TheBlood Pressure feature in the Health app for iPhone and iPad lets you enter and track your blood pressure readings over time. When you add a new reading, you can also choose to share it with your healthcare provider or care team.

To check your blood pressure apple watch open the Health app, then tap the Blood Pressure tile.

To add a new reading:
– Use the Digital Crown to set the systolic and diastolic numbers, then tap Done.
– Tap Add Reading.
– When you’re finished, tap Done.
