Here’s how to check if your Apple device is covered by AppleCare, Apple’s extended warranty program.
Checkout this video:
Open Settings
To check if your device is covered by AppleCare+, open settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap general > About. If you see “AppleCare+ Coverage End Date” or “AppleCare+ Coverage Expires” followed by a date, your AppleCare+ coverage is active. If you don’t see any coverage information, your device isn’t covered.
Scroll down and tap “About”
Open settings app Tap General, and then tap About. Look for the “AppleCare+ Coverage” section. If you don’t see this section, your device is not eligible for AppleCare+.
If you see the AppleCare+ Coverage section, tap it to view your coverage details. If you have an issue that you think might be covered by AppleCare+, you contact apple support for help.
Tap “AppleCare+ Coverage Available”
If you don’t see the AppleCare+ coverage available message, check the following:
– Make sure that your device is eligible for AppleCare+.
– If you’re using an iPhone, make sure that cellular data is turned on in Settings > Cellular.
– If you’re using an iPad, make sure that you’re connected to the Internet over Wi-Fi or cellular data.
If you see “No Coverage,” your device is not covered by AppleCare
If you see “No Coverage” under the AppleCare Services and Support heading, your device is not covered by AppleCare.
