How to Charge Your Apple Watch

Charging apple watch is easy. Just set it down on its side on the included magnetic charger, and make sure the charger is plugged into a power outlet. Connect your Apple Watch to its Magnetic Charging Cable

To charge your Apple Watch, simply connect it to its Magnetic Charging Cable. The charging cable’s magnetic end should snap into place on the back of your watch. Once it’s connected, your Apple Watch start charging.

Connect the Magnetic Charging Cable to the USB Power Adapter

First, make sure that your Apple Watch is off. If you’re using a Nightstand mode compatible Apple Watch, go to Settings > General, and turn off Wake Screen On Placement.

Connect one end of the Magnetic Charging Cable to the USB Power Adapter, and plug the adapter into a power outlet. The LED on the front of the adapter should turn green, indicating that it’s ready to charge your watch.

While your Apple Watch charges, you can check the battery level and estimated time remaining. Just swipe up on the watch face to open Control Center, then tap on the Battery Percentage Indicator.

Plug the USB Power Adapter into a power outlet

To charge your Apple Watch, you’ll need to use the included USB Power Adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet and then attach the Lightning to USB Cable to the adapter.

How to Check the Battery Level on Your Apple Watch

Your Apple Watch has a built-in battery that lasts up to 18 hours on a full charge. When you need to charge your Apple Watch, you can use the included Magnetic Charging Cable and plug it into the USB port on your computer or a power adapter.

Swipe up from the bottom of the watch face to open Control Center

In order to check the battery level on your Apple Watch, you will need to open Control Center. To do this, simply swipe up from the bottom of the watch face. Once Control Center is open, you will see the battery level indicator in the top-right corner.

Tap the Battery Percentage indicator

How conserve battery life on your Apple Watch

There are a few things you can do to conserve battery life on your watch, such as turning off the always-on display and reducing the brightness of the screen. You can also enable Power Saving Mode to help extend your battery life.

Reduce Brightness

Reducing the brightness of your Apple Watch can help conserve battery life. To adjust the brightness of your watch face, press and hold the display. Then turn the Digital Crown to brighten or dim the face. You can also go to Settings > Brightness & Contrast and drag the slider to adjust your watch’s brightness.

Use Power Saver Mode

When your Apple Watch is low on power, you can use Power Saver Mode to conserve battery life. Power Saver Mode dims the screen and disables certain features, but it’s still usable. To turn on Power Saver Mode, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, then tap Battery > Power Reserve.

Enable Auto-Lock

One of the easiest ways to conserve battery life on your Apple Watch is to enable Auto-Lock. This feature will automatically turn off the display after a period of inactivity, which will help prevent accidental button presses and taps that can drain the battery. To enable Auto-Lock, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch and select General > Auto-Lock. Then, choose the amount of time you want the display to remain active before it locks.

Use Theater Mode

Theater Mode is a new feature in watchOS 3 that mutes the sound of alerts and prevents the screen from lighting up when you raise your wrist. This is ideal for when you’re in a meeting or want to enjoy a movie without disruption. To enable Theater Mode, swipe up from the watch face to access Control Center, then tap the Theater Mode icon.

To exit Theater Mode, press and hold the side button, then swipe to select Theater Mode again. You can also turn off Theater Mode from Control Center.
