How to Change Your Goals on Apple Watch

Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.
To change your Move, Exercise, or Stand goals, open the Activity app on your Apple Watch, then tap the Rings tab.

If you don’t want to stand for 12 hours each day, you can turn off Stand reminders in the Activity app on your iPhone.

1. Tap the watch tab
2. Tap Activity.
3. Tap Change Goals.
4. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust your calorie, step, or distance goals. Or, tap Edit to change your sedentary reminder goal or edit other settings for each goal.
5. Tap Save when you’re done.
Scroll down and tap Privacy.
If you need to adjust your activity goals on your Apple Watch, you can do so right from watch app on your iPhone. Here’s how.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab. Scroll down and tap Privacy.
Tap Reset Fitness Calendar, then tap Erase All when prompted. This will remove all of your stored activity data, including your workout history and any custom goals you’ve set. Keep in mind that this will also delete any time you’ve spent standing or moving around, so you’ll have start building that back up again.
To reset only your activity rings without removing stored data, go back to the My Watch tab and tap Activity > Reset.

2. Tap the person you want to share your activity with, then tap Send.
3. When they accept your invitation, their activity will appear in the Sharing section of the Activity app on your iPhone.
To change your activity goal, open the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap Change Goals.

Tap the switch next to Share My Activity, then tap Stop Sharing.
