If you’re concerned about the security of apple id you can change your password at any time. Here’s how to do it.

Go to Appleid.apple.com
Go to Appleid.apple.com and sign in. If you have two-factor authentication turned on for apple id you’ll need to enter a verification code before you can continue.
Click Edit in the Security section near the middle of the page.
Click Change Password in the pop-up window that appears.
Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password. Be sure to use a strong password that’s unique to apple id and not used anywhere else. If you forget apple id password you can reset it at iForgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID
Apple will text you a verification code to enter on the next screen. You can also choose to have Apple call you with the verification code. If you don’t have a working phone number or can’receive text messages you can use a trusted device.
Click “Forgot your password?”
If you’re having trouble signing in with your current password, you can click “Forgot your password?” on the sign in page to reset it. Once you click this, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with apple id account, as well aspick security questions from a list that will be used to verify your identity. After you answer these questions correctly, you will then be able to create a new password for your account.
Enter the verification code that was sent to your trusted device or phone number
If you have Two-Factor Authentication or Two-Step Verification turned on for your Apple ID, a trusted device or phone number is required to reset your password and unlock your account.
If you don’t have a recovery key and you’re signed in to iCloud, follow these steps:
1. Enter your Apple ID and choose Continue.
2. Select “I need to reset my password.”
3. Choose how to reset your password:
– Get an email
– Answer security questions
4. Select Continue. If you choose Get an email, enter the email address associated with your Apple ID, then select Continue `and wait for the reset email to arrive.
Create a new password
If you want to change your Apple password, you can do so by following these steps:
1.Open the Settings app.
2.Tap “iCloud.”
3.Tap “Account.”
4.Tap “Security.”
5.Tap “Change Password.”
6.Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm it.
7.Tap “Change Password” to save your new password.
Confirm your new password
It’s important to choose a strong, unique password that you won’t use for any other online accounts. If you can, create a password that’s at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols.
To confirm your new password:
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Enter the same password in the Verify Password field.
Click Done.
