How to Change Your Workout Goal on Apple Watch

Open workout app

Open the Workout app.

Tap the more button , then tap Edit.

Tap and hold the workout that you want to change, then drag it to a new position.

Tap Done.

Tap the more button.

On your iPhone, open apple watch app. Tap the watch tab then tap Workout > Goals. From here, you can tap to change the calorie or time goal for any of your workouts, or tap Reset All to go back to the defaults.

Tap Edit.

To change your move, exercise, or stand goal, go to the Health Data tab, tap Edit, then tap the goal you want to change.

If you want to change your calorie goal, go to the watch tab tap Activity > Change Goal.

Tap the goal you want to change.

On your iPhone, open apple watch app.
Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Workout.
Tap the goal you want to change.

Turn off the goal or tap Delete to remove it.
