Find out how to change the voice on Apple Maps to a male or female voice, or even a celebrity voice.

Open settings app on your iPhone.
At the top of the Settings list,tap general In the General settings list, tap Accessibility. In the Accessibility settings list, tap Spoken Content. In the Spoken Content settings list, tap Voice Over. In the Voice Over settings list, tap Language.
In the Language settings list, tap Customize Languages. In the Customize Languages settings list, you can choose which languages you want your iPhone to speak. To delete a language from this list, tap the Delete button next to that language.
Tap on Maps.
When you first open the Maps app, you may be asked to allow Apple Maps to access your location. If you haven’t already allowed access, tap Allow when prompted.
Once you’re in the Maps app, do the following:
Tap on the Menu button in the top-left corner.
Select Settings.
Tap on Navigation Voice.
Choose a voice from the list of options.
Tap on the Voice option.
Open settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap on Maps. On the next screen, tap on the Driving & Navigation option.
On the Driving & Navigation screen, you will see three options: Distance Units, Preferred Directions, and Voice. Tap on Voice.
On the Voice screen, you will see four different voice options to choose from: Default, Enhanced Quality ( Siri ), Compact Size ( Siri ), and Hybrid Type ( Siri ). Select the voice option that you want to use for Apple Maps.
Choose the desired language from the list.
1. Scroll up and tap on the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Select “Maps” from the options.
3. Choose the desired language from the list.
Select the route you want, then tap on start button. The route will be highlighted in blue, and a banner will appear across the top of the screen with the estimated travel time. To the right of the travel time is an icon that looks like a microphone. Tap on that icon, and then tap on the Done button in the upper right corner to change your voice.
