Apple Watch uses your location to automatically set the time zone. If you travel to a new time zone or want to see the time in a different time zone, you can change the settings on apple watch

Open the Settings app on apple watch
Open the Settings app on apple watch tap general then tap Date & Time. Tap the switch next to Set Automatically.
Tap General.
1. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Date & Time.
4. Turn off Set Automatically. If you see a time that’s wrong, continue to the next step to adjust it.
5. To set the date, tap the date that you want, then turn the Digital Crown to change the month and day.
6. To set the time, tap the time that you want, then turn the Digital Crown to change the hours and minutes
Tap Date & Time.
To change the time on your Apple Watch, follow these steps:
1. Press the Digital Crown to go to the Home screen.
2. Tap the Settings app icon.
3. Tap Date & Time.
4. Turn off Set Automatically.
5. Use the +/- buttons to set the hour, minute, and AM/PM as desired, then tap Done.
6. Turn on Set Automatically when you’re finished setting the time manually.
Turn off the Set Automatically option.
On your iPhone, open watch app Tap the watch tab then tap Date & Time. Turn off Set Automatically, then tap the current time below. If you want to set your time zone, turn on Set Automatically.
Press and hold the side button, then rotate the Digital Crown to choose the watch face.
Tap the info icon next to the watch face that you want to customize, then tap Edit.
Tap to turn on or off features on your watch face, then tap Done.
To set the time and date manually on your Apple Watch:
Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
Press and hold the Digital Crown, then rotate it until you see Language. Tap it, then rotate the Crown again to choose a language. You can also set up Siri later.
After you choose a language, wait for a greeting in that language, then rotate the Digital Crown again to continue. On the next screen, swipe left or right until you get to Date & Time.*
If you’re in a different time zone or traveling, you can change the time on your Apple Watch.
1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Tap General > Date & Time.
3. Turn on Set Automatically. This will use your current location to set the time zone on your Apple Watch. Or, you can turn off Set Automatically and tap Time Zone to set the time zone manually.
4. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Date & Time. Turn on Set Automatically.
If you turn off Set Automatically, you can set the time and time zone manually:
1. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
2. Turn off Set Automatically, then tap Time Zone.*
3. Scroll to find the city in your current time zone, then tap it.* To search for a city,tap the Search button . Or press and hold the Digital Crown , then release when “Now Searching” appears.*
4. Tap the city to set its time zone.* If there’s more than one city with that name, choose the one that’s closest to your current location.* For example, there are multiple cities named Springfield; choose Springfield in Massachusetts rather than Springfield in Illinois.*
5 .Tap Done when finished .
Here’s how to change the time on your Apple Watch:
1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
2. Tap the watch tab
3. Tap General > Date & Time.
4. Turn on Set Automatically.
5. Tap the Done button when you’re finished.
