How to Change the Clock on Your Apple Watch

Open the Settings app on apple watch

Open the Settings app on apple watch Tap General, then tap Date & Time. Tap the switch next to 24-Hour Time to turn it on or off.

it’s at the bottom of the list. If you don’t see General, tap Edit at the top of the list, then tap the red minus sign next to any items that you don’t want to see. This removes them from the list so you can focus on the items that you do want to see.

Next, tap Language & Region. If you don’t see Language & Region, it means you doesn’t have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later. To change the watch face on those models, learn how to do it on your iPhone instead.

Tap Clock, then turn off 24-Hour Time.

Tap Date & Time.

If your Apple Watch is set to the wrong time zone, or if daylight saving time is about start or end, you can adjust the date and time in the Settings app.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Date & Time.
3. Turn off Set Automatically.
4. Tap the Time Zone field, then tap a time zone in the list.
5. Tap the date, then turn the Digital Crown to adjust the components of the date individually.
6. To advance to the next component of the date, tap it or tap and hold . To go back to the previous component, tap or tap and hold . When you finish setting the date, tap Done.

Turn off the Set Automatically option.

On your iPhone, open watch app Tap the watch tab then tap Date & Time. Turn off the Set Automatically option.

On your Apple Watch, open the Settings app. Tap General > Date & Time. Turn off the Set Automatically option.

Use the plus and minus buttons to set the correct hour, minute, and time zone.

Tap the watch tab then tap General > Date & Time.

Turn on Set Automatically. This allows your Apple Watch to use the same time zone as your iPhone.

To set the time manually, turn off Set Automatically. Use the plus and minus buttons to set the correct hour, minute, and time zone.

Tap the AM/PM button to toggle between the two.

Your Apple Watch can display the time in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format. By default, it uses the 12-hour format, with AM and PM indicators. But you can change that in the Settings app.

To do so, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch and tap General > Language & Region >Clock. Tap the 24-Hour Time toggle switch to turn it on or off.

When 24-Hour Time is on, your watch will use a 24-hour clock. That means that instead of seeing AM and PM, you’ll see numbers from 0 to 23. So, 1PM would be 13:00, 2PM would be 14:00, and so on.

When you’re finished, tap the Set Automatically option to turn it back on.

Your Apple Watch uses the selected time zone of your paired iPhone. When you travel, you can change the time zone on your Apple Watch manually or turn on the Set Automatically option.

If you turned off Set Automatically, you need to turn it back on when you want your Apple Watch to use the current time zone of your paired iPhone. Follow these steps:

1. On your iPhone, tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
2. Make sure that the Set Automatically option is turned on.
