Open the Settings app on apple watch
Open the Settings app on apple watch Tap Activity. Tap Stand. Use the + and – buttons to adjust your goal.
Tap on the General option.
Apple Watch tracks your standing goal progress and reminds you to get up and move around every hour. The default stand goal is to stand up and move for at least one minute during 12 hours of the day, but you can change this.
1. On your iPhone, open the watch app
2. Tap the watch tab then tap Passcode.
3. Enter your passcode, then tap Done.
4. Tap on the General option.
5. Scroll down and tap Stand.
6. Tap customize, then choose your new stand goal.
Scroll down and tap on the Accessibility option.
Under the General settings, scroll down and tap on the Accessibility option. This will open up a number of additional options that can be used to customize apple watch to better meet your needs. One of these options is known as the Stand Goal, which determines how often you should be standing up and moving around during the day.
Apple recommends that you stand for at least one minute during each hour of the day, but you can change this goal to better suit your needs. To do so, simply scroll down to the Stand Goal setting and use the plus and minus buttons to adjust your goal. Once you’re finished, tap on the Update button to save your changes.
Tap on the VoiceOver option.
If you have apple watch you may want to change your Stand goal. Your Stand goal is the number of hours that you want to stand each day. To change your Stand goal:
1. Tap on the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap on Activity.
3. Tap on Change Stand Goal.
4. Use the + and – buttons to adjust your goal.
5. Tap on Save when you’re finished.
Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch. Tap Accessibility. Tap VoiceOver. Scroll down to the Speaking Rate section and use the minus (-) button to decrease the speaking rate or the plus (+) button to increase the speaking rate.
