Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap Privacy > Motion & Fitness. Turn on Share with App Developers.
On your watch, open the Activity app. Go to your rings, then firmly press the screen. Tap Change Move Goal.
Enter a new number of active calories for your daily move goal, then tap Update.
Tap the Privacy tab.
Open the Health app on your iPhone and tap the Summary tab. Scroll down and tap Privacy. In the Share with Apps section, turn off any apps that you don’t want to share data with.
Tap Location Services.
Open Settings and tap Privacy > Location Services.
Tap System Services.
Turn off the feature that you want to disable.
Scroll down to System Services and tap it.
If you’re not happy with the number of active calories you’re burning each day, or you want to adjust your move goal to be more or less challenging, you can do so right from apple watch Here’s how!
First, open the Settings app on apple watch Scroll down to System Services and tap it.
Next, scroll down and find the Fitness Tracking setting. Tap the switch next to it to turn it off.
Now, go back to the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap Privacy > Location Services. Scroll down and find the System Services setting at the bottom. Make sure Fitness Tracking is turned on.
Now, open the Health app on your iPhone. Tap Sources in the bottom left corner. Scroll down and tap Edit in top right corner Find Fitness Tracking and tap the switch next to it to turn it off.
Finally, go back to the Settings app on your iPhone.tap general > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. This will reset all of your location and privacy settings, including turning off Fitness Tracking again.
Scroll down to Motion & Fitness and tap it.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down to Motion & Fitness and tap it. Tap Edit. Scroll down to Move Goal and use the + and – buttons to adjust your goal. When you’re done, tap Done in top right corner
Turn on the switch next to Fitness Tracking.
If you want to change your move goal on apple watch you first need to turn on the switch next to Fitness Tracking. To do this, open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap Privacy > Fitness Tracking.
Once fitness tracking is turned on, you can change your move goal by opening the Activity app on your Apple Watch and tapping the circular Move ring at the top of the screen. From here, use the plus and minus buttons to adjust your goal up or down.
