Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
To change your calorie, exercise, or stand goals, you need to open the Health app on your iPhone. Then tap the Sources tab, and tap apple watch From there, you can change your goals.
Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.”
On watch app on your iPhone, tap the watch tab then tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap Default Account. If you have multiple email accounts set up on your iPhone, tap the account that you want to use with apple watch
Tap Fetch New Data. Turn on Push Alerts and turn off Fetch.
Tap “Add Account.”

On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.

Tap the watch tab then tap Goals.

Tap Add Account.

Choose an activity and enter your goal information, then tap Save.
Tap “Other.”
If you need to change your calorie, move, or stand goal, open the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap the Sharing tab > Send To: Other.
On the goals page, under the “My Stats” section, tap Edit. From here, you can change your goals for calories burned, active minutes, and standing hours. To set a different step goal, go to the Health app on your iPhone and tap Sources > Apple Watch > Step Goal.
Tap “Add Mail Account.”
The process for adding an email account to your Apple Watch is similar to the process for adding an email account to your iPhone. To get started, open the Settings app on your iPhone and then tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.” On the next screen, tap “Add Account.”
Enter your name, email address, password, and a description of the account.
If you want to change the goals for your Apple Watch, you can do so by going into the Watch app on your iPhone and then tapping on the “My Watch” tab. From there, tap on “Workout.” By default, the goal for each workout type is set to “Time.” If you want to change this, tap on the type of workout for which you want to adjust the goal. You can then select from a variety of options, including Calories, Distance, Time, and Open.
Tap “Next.”
On the “Change Goals” screen, you can modify the default daily calorie, fat, carbohydrate, and protein goals, or set your own custom goals. To do so, tap the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
You can also choose to view your goals in grams or percentages by tapping on the “Grams” or “Percentages” buttons at the top of the screen. When you’re finished making changes, tap “Done” in the top-right corner of the screen.
Tap “IMAP.”
1. start by tapping “Mail” on your home screen.
2. Tap “Add Account.”
3. Tap “Other.”
4. Tap “Add Mail Account.”
5. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your email account. Tap “Next.”
6. Apple will try to automatically configure your account settings. If it’s successful, tap “Done.” If not, enter the incoming and outgoing server settings for your email provider, then tap “Next.”
7. Enter the authentication information for your email account if prompted, then tap “OK.”
8. Make sure that the switches next to “Mail,” “Contacts,” and “Calendars” are turned on, then tap “Save.”

Apple’s Mail app can automatically set up your email accounts with a few simple steps. When you add your email account to Mail, it will try to find the email settings for you. If your email settings are correct, you’ll be able to get your email as soon as you’ve provided the required information.
Tap “Next.”
On the “All Activity” page, scroll down to the bottom and tap “Change Goal.” If you’re already tracking a different activity, like calories or distance, you can tap that button to adjust your goal for that metric instead.
Scroll down and choose the new activity type you want to track. For this example, we’ll switch from tracking steps to tracking active calories.
Tap “Next,” then choose your new goal. You can either pick a specific number of calories, or tap “Customize” to set a daily calorie-burn goal based on your current activity level.
Enter the outgoing server information.
On your iPhone, open the Settings app. Scroll to and tap Accounts & Passwords. Tap Add Account, then tap your email provider. Enter your email address and password. Tap Next, then follow the instructions on your screen.
If you use an email provider like iCloud, Google, or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password.
Tap “Next.”
On the “Agenda” page, tap the “+” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Enter your goal, then tap “Next.”
On the following page, enter the number of days per week you’d like to achieve your goal, then tap “Set Goal.”
Tap “Save.”
No matter what your goal is — whether it’s to be more active, to eat healthier, or to lose weight — you can track it with the Activity app on your Apple Watch. And if you need to readjust your goals, you can do that anytime. Here’s how.
First, open the Activity app on your Apple Watch. Then force touch (press firmly on the display) to bring up the menu. Tap Change Goals.
From here, you can adjust your calorie, exercise, and standing goals. Just tap the one you want to change and enter a new number. When you’re done, tap Save.
