How to Change Your Fitness Goals on Apple Watch

Open apple watch app on your iPhone.

Open the watch app on your iPhone.

Tap the “My Watch” tab.

Tap “Health.”

Tap “Edit.”

Tap the red minus sign next to any fitness goals you want to remove, then tap Delete. To add a new goal, tap Add Goal, then choose from the options.

Open the Activity app on your iPhone. tap the watch tab then tap Workouts > Goals.

Assuming you’ve already set some fitness goals, you’ll see three different options to change those goals: Change Move Goal, Change Exercise Goal, and Change Stand Goal. Tapping on any of those three options will let you change the specific goal for each activity type.

Scroll down and tap Health.

From the watch face, press the Digital Crown to open the app grid. Then scroll down, tap Health, and tap the summary view that you want to change.

Tap Edit, then do any of the following:

-To change your active calorie goal, tap Active Calories, then turn the Digital Crown or tap + or -.
-To change your move goal, tap Move, then turn the Digital Crown or tap + or -.
-To change your stand goal, tap Stand, then turn the Digital Crown or tap + or -.

Tap Edit in the upper-right corner of the screen.

When you first set up apple watch you’re asked to choose some fitness goals. After you’ve been using your Apple Watch for a while, might want to change your fitness goals.

It’s easy to do. Just follow these steps:

1. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Tap the goal that you want to change.
3. Tap the new metric or activity that you want to use for that goal.
4. Tap Done when you’re finished.
