Open the Health app on your iPhone.

Tap the Summary tab, then tap your current calorie goal.

Enter the number of calories you want to burn each day, then tap Save.

But you’re the boss of your own body, so you can change your calorie goal at any time. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Tap Edit in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Health Profile.
3. Tap Weight and enter your current weight. When you’re done, tap Save in the upper-right corner of the screen.
4. Now scroll down to Choose Goal and tap sedentary, moderate, or vigorous activity level.
5. Tap Save in the upper-right corner when you’re done making changes to confirm them.

Tap Change Goals.

If you’re using a cellular model apple watch you need to have your iPhone with you to change your calorie goal.

Use the – and + buttons to adjust your calorie goal.
