If you forgot your Apple ID, you can enter any email address that you set up with your Apple ID.
If you don’t remember which email address is associated with your Apple ID, try entering each of the email addresses that you might have used.

1.Tap Settings > [your name].
2.Tap Password & Security.
3.Tap Change Password. If asked, enter apple id password
4.Enter a new password and confirm the new password by entering it again. Tap Change or Change Password when finished.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you forget your Apple ID password, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to reset it. Just enter your Apple ID, then click Continue and follow the instructions. If you don’t see a message after you enter your Apple ID, check your spam folder or have Apple send a new email.
