Learn how to change apple id on your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch This process is different than changing apple id email address.

Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on iTunes & App Store. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the page. Tap Sign Out. You may be asked to enter your password again. Tap Sign In and enter your new Apple ID and password.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services and make all of your devices work together seamlessly. It includes the email address and password that you use to sign in, as well as all the contact information, payment information, security questions used to help you reset your password.
If you need to change your Apple ID, whether because you’re changing jobs or switching to a new email address, it’s easy to do so right from your iPhone. Here’s how.
Tap “Password & Security.”
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap “Password & Security.”
If you have an iOS device with Touch ID or Face ID turned on, you’ll be prompted to enter your passcode or use Touch or Face ID before you can continue. If you don’t have an iOS device with Touch ID or Face ID, you’ll skip this step.
Tap “Change Password.”
Tap “Change Password.”
Open the Settings app. At the top of the list, tap your name or the profile icon. Depending on which version of iOS you’re using, you might see “Sign in to your iPhone” or “iCloud” instead of your name.
Tap Password & Security. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll see a section labeled “Two-Factor Authentication.” If not, skip to step 6. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, tap turn off two-factor authentication. You’ll need apple id password to proceed.
Tap Change Password. You might be asked to enter a verification code if you use two-factor authentication or Two-Step Verification.
Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again when prompted.new apple id password must be at least eight characters long and include a number, an uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter. You can also include other characters if you’d like.
Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Password & Security.
Tap Change Password.
Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
Tap “Change Password.”
If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, you can change apple id password from your iPhone. Just follow these steps:
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Password & Security.
4. Tap Change Password. If you’re using iOS 11 or later and have a two-factor authentication setup, you’ll be prompted to enter your passcode before you can change your password.
5. Enter a new password and tap Change or Change Password at the top of the screen.
