Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
Tap the “My Watch” tab, then tap “Workout.”
Next to “Move Goal,” tap Change.
Use the + and – buttons to set your new Move goal, then tap Done.
Tap the Awards tab.
To change your calorie, step, or distance goal, first open the Activity app on your iPhone.
Next, tap the Awards tab.
Then, tap Change Goals.
Now you can enter a new daily or weekly calorie goal, or a newstep or distance goal.
When you’re finished, tap Save.
Scroll down and tap Change Goals.
