In this post, we’ll show you how to cancel your subscriptions on Apple devices. Whether you’re using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, we’ll help you get rid of those unwanted subscriptions.

Cancelling Subscriptions on an iPhone
To cancel subscriptions on an iPhone, open the Settings app. Tap on your name at the top, then tap on Subscriptions. You will see a list of all your active and past subscriptions. Tap on the subscription that you want to cancel, then tap Cancel Subscription. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app. You may find this icon on one of your home screens, or you can sift through your apps until you find it. The app has a grey background with cogs in white.
Tap iTunes & App Store. This option is near the top of the Settings page. Doing so opens the iTunes & App Store settings page.
Tap apple id It’s at the top of the page, and has your name and profile picture next to it. Doing so opens a pop-up menu with your Apple ID options.
Tap View Apple ID in the pop-up menu. If prompted, enter your password or Touch ID to continue. This option is near the bottom of the pop-up menu. Doing so opens your Apple ID settings page.
Scroll down and tap Subscriptions. It’s under the “Settings” heading near the bottom of the screen after you enter your password or Touch ID. A list of all active and expired subscriptions that are currently on your account will appear on this page.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
If you’re not already signed in, sign in with the Apple ID that you used to sign up for the subscription.
Tap your name at the top of the screen. If you use Family Sharing, tap your name to see only your purchases. If you don’t see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Tap View Information. You might be asked to enter your passcode or sign in with Touch ID or Face ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so,contact apple support and include the following information:
– Your full name
– The name of the subscription that you want to manage
– The date that you originally subscribed
Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password
Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
A confirmation message appears letting you know that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you purchased a subscription using an Apple device or iTunes, Apple requires customers to cancel subscriptions through the App Store or iTunes.
Depending on the subscription, you might be able to cancel it from your Account Settings in the Settings app or with the provider directly. If you still can’t cancel,contact apple support
To find your subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or in iTunes on a Mac or PC:
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap your name at the top of the screen.
-Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen tap view apple id Sign in with your Apple ID and password if prompted.)
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you’re being charged for a subscription, but don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple — for example, an audio streaming service such as Pandora or Spotify. In this case, contact the content publisher or app developer directly to cancel your subscription. They might be able to refund part of your subscription fees; however, this varies by company and is not guaranteed.
Use the options to manage your subscription.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap your name at the top of the screen.
-Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID,tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
-Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.
On your Mac or PC:
Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you can create one .
Click Account > View My Account in iTunes.
Enter your password and press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard.
On the Account Information page:
To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage. If you don’t see a subscriptions section, follow these steps . In the subscriptions pane, select an active or expired subscription.”
Cancelling Subscriptions on an iPad
It’s easy to cancel subscriptions on Apple devices in just a few steps. If you need to cancel a subscription on your iPad, follow the steps below. You can also cancel subscriptions on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your Mac.
Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in. Tap Subscriptions. If you don’t see a Subscriptions option, you’re not currently signed in with an Apple ID that has subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.

Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Open iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account.
Sign in with your Apple ID, then click View Account.

Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to change.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period or decide to cancel your subscription.*
Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter your Apple ID password.
Subscriptions that you have purchased with Apple, whether for your own use or for a family member, are managed in Settings. You can see and change your subscriptions from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. And you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Here’s how to view, change, or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
Open the Settings app. Tap iTunes & App Store. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to enter your password or use Touch ID.

Cancelling Subscriptions on an iPod touch
If you need to cancel a subscription on your iPod touch, there are a few different ways that you can do it. You can cancel subscriptions through the App Store app or through the Settings app. You can also cancel subscriptions by contacting Apple customer service. Let’s get into the details.
Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app, and then tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Tap your name.
With iOS 10.3, Apple introduced a feature that makes it easier for users to unsubscribe from unwanted apps and in-app subscriptions.
Before this feature was introduced, if you wanted to cancel a subscription, you had to:
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap iTunes & App Store.
-Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
-Tap View Apple ID. You might need to enter your password.
-Tap Subscriptions. If you don’t see this option, you’re not currently subscribed to anything.
find the subscription that you want to manage, then tap it. If you’re not sure which one is the right one, compare the subscription date and payment amount on your receipt to the renewals information listed on the page.
-Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription altogether.
With iOS 10.3 or later, you can also follow these steps:
-Open the Settings app on your device.
-Tap iTunes & App Store > your name > Subscriptions (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead, then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen and sign in if prompted) .A list of all active and expired subscriptions will appear; tap any one to manage it.)

Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter your Apple ID password.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Settings app. Tap [your name], then tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) If you have subscriptions to apps and services that you no longer use or want to use, you can cancel them so that you’re not charged again.
When you cancel a subscription, the subscription is removed from your account immediately. However, if you had already been billed for the next month’s subscription fee (for example, on January 1st), that month’s fee won’t be refunded to you.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Or it might be an active but non-renewing subscription.
To find out, tap the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription. If asked, enter your Apple ID password, then tap Cancel Subscription.
If you still can’t view your subscription and you signed up inside an app or iTunes and not through a third-party provider,contact apple support

With your subscription, you get access to great content, which you can enjoy on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
If you no longer want to continue a subscription, follow the steps below to cancel it.
Cancelling Subscriptions on an iPod touch
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap iTunes & App Store.
-Tap the Apple ID at the top of the screen (if you are not signed in, tap Sign In). If you use Family Sharing and cannot see an option to use your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID and enter your password.
-Tap Subscriptions from the menu that appears. If you don’t see a Subscriptions option, then there are no subscriptions associated with this Apple ID.
-Select the subscription that you want to approve and tap it. If you’re not sure which one it is, compare the subscription date and prices to those of other subscriptions that you have made in the past.
-Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen (if available).* If cancel isn’t visible (it might be grayed out or hidden), contact [subscription provider] directly and ask them to cancel your subscription for you. Or follow their instructions for cancelation.[1]
