How to Cancel Your Apple Music Trial

If you’re not loving Apple Music, it’s easy to cancel your trial. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Open the Music app.

Open the Music app on your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch or Mac. Or go to music.apple.com in your web browser.

At the top of the screen, tap For You.

At the bottom of the screen, tap the account button , then tap apple id You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.

Tap Manage under Subscriptions. If you don’t see a Manage tab, tap your profile picture , then tap Managed Subscriptions under Subscriptions.
On an iPhone or iPad: At the top of the screen, select which subscription you want to manage, then Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.(If you still see a past subscription and not sure if you’re still being charged for it,contact apple support )

On a Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account. On the page that appears, scroll to Settings and click Manage next to Subscriptions.) Next to your subscription, click Edit . Click Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.

Tap the For You icon.

To cancel your Apple Music trial, you need to turn off automatic renewal.

Here’s how:

1. Open the Music app.
2. Tap the For You icon.
3. Tap the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
4. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
5. Tap Manage under Subscriptions.
6. If you have more than one subscription, tap Your Membership at the top of the screen, then select the subscription that you want to manage under Subscriptions.
7. Tap Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm to cancel your subscription; or tap Cancel Trial, then tap Confirm to cancel your trial.*

If you don’t see these options, it means that you’ve already been charged for a monthly subscription or an annual subscription and can’t cancel that way.*

After you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.*

Scroll to the bottom and tap View Account.

If you don’t see View Account, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store. Then, tap your Apple ID (which is usually your email address), tap view apple id
Tap Manage under Subscriptions. If you don’t see a Manage tab, tap your name at the top of the screen, then tap Subscriptions.
Tap apple music subscription
Tap Turn Off Automatic Renewal to turn off automatic renewal of your subscription. If you see the word “Off,” automatic renewal is already turned off.

Sign in with your Apple ID and password.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Music app.
At the bottom of your screen, tap the Library tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the Screen and tap Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password. If you have an Apple Music subscription, you might need to confirm that you want to cancel it.

On your Mac or PC
Open iTunes.
From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account.
Enter your password and click View Account.
Scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions.

On your Android device (phone or tablet)
Open the Apple Music app.
At the bottom of your screen, tap Browse.
Scroll to the bottom of Browse and tap Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password. If you have an Apple Music subscription, you might need to confirm that you want to cancel it

Tap Cancel Subscription and then Confirm Cancellation when prompted.”

On the Account Settings screen, scroll down and tap Manage.

If you enrolled in the Apple Music free trial when you set up your new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Android device and don’t want to continue paying for it, you can cancel your subscription.

To cancel your Apple Music subscription on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Android device:
On the Account Settings screen, scroll down and tap Manage.
Under Subscriptions, tap the Apple Music membership that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, tap the link that says problem with this subscription?
Tap Confirm to confirm that you want to cancel your Apple Music subscription.

If you cancel during a free trial period, your access to content ends immediately. If you cancel after paying for a month of content access or more (and didn’t already use a free trial), each remaining month of access is charged at the normal price until your account is closed.

Under Subscriptions, tap Apple Music Membership.

If you decide not to continue with Apple Music after your three-month free trial, you’ll need to cancel your subscription. If you don’t cancel, you will be automatically charged the monthly price at the end of the trial period. Here’s how to cancel your Apple Music subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. If you’re not signed in, tap Sign In and enter your Apple ID and password.

5. Under Subscriptions, tap Apple Music Membership.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.*

Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you decide you don’t want to continue your Apple Music subscription, you can cancel it from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC.

You can also cancel any Apple TV+, Apple News+, or other subscriptions from Apple.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Open the Music app.
At the bottom of your screen, tap the profile icon .
Tap Manage Membership.
Tap Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm to confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your Mac:
Open iTunes.

Enter your password and press Return.
Scroll to Settings and click Manage next to Subscriptions.
Click Edit next to Apple Music Membership.
Click Cancel Subscription, then click Confirm Cancellation to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.*

Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Tap Confirm to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.

Open the Music app.

Tap the For You icon.

Tap the profile icon or your photo in the upper-right corner, then tap View Account.

Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you don’t see a Subscriptions option, tap your profile icon or photo in the upper-right corner, then tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > Subscriptions.

Tap Apple Music Membership.

Tap Cancel Subscription, then tap Confirm to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
