- Open the Settings app.

To cancel an app subscription from your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap apple id tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. If you don’t see a Cancel button after tapping a subscription, then that subscription is already being managed by apple id If you have multiple Apple IDs, sign in with a different Apple ID to manage that subscription.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription:
-Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription immediately and stop future billing
-OR
-Tap Downgrade Options to change to a different subscription plan

If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.

Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for? Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
On your Android device:
Open Google Play Store . Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account. Tap Menu Subscriptions. Select the subscription that you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions on screen to finish canceling your subscription.
Tap Done.
On the Subscriptions page, tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
