If you’re not happy with the volume level of apple watch you can adjust it using settings app on your iPhone.

Open the Settings app on apple watch
Tap Sound & Haptics.
Use the Digital Crown to adjust the volume.
Alternatively, you can say “Hey Siri, turn up the volume” or “Hey Siri, turn down the volume.”
To quickly adjust the volume on apple watch just tap the “Sounds & Haptics” button in the Control Center. You can also use the Digital Crown to adjust the volume more precisely.
If you want to turn off all sounds and haptic feedback from apple watch you can enable Silent Mode. To do this, just open the Settings app on your watch and scroll down to the “Sounds & Haptics” section. Then, toggle the “Silent Mode” switch to the ON position.

To adjust the volume on your Apple Watch, use the Digital Crown.
To turn the sound off completely, press and hold theDigital Crown, then drag the slider to the bottom.
To adjust the volume on your Apple Watch, tap the button next to Sound Effects in the Settings app. You can also adjust the ringer volume by tapping the button next to Ringer.
You can adjust the volume on your Apple Watch in several ways. Use the Settings app to turn Prominent Haptic on or off for auditory feedback when you press the Digital Crown or the side button. When Prominent Haptic is off, you still feel a tap, just not as pronounced.
To turn Prominent Haptic on or off:
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Sounds & Haptics.
3. Tap the button next to Prominent Haptic to turn it on or off.
