How to Add Your Vaccine Card to Apple Wallet

You can now add your vaccine card to Apple Wallet.
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone. Tap the “+”Sign in top right corner Under “Health & Fitness,” select “Medical ID.” Tap “Create Medical ID.”
If you already have a Medical ID, tap “Edit” in top right corner Scroll down and tap “Add Vaccination Record.” Tap “Done” when you’re finished.
Now that you’ve added your vaccine card to Apple

Open the Health app on your iPhone.

If you don’t have the Health app, download it from the App Store.

Tap your profile picture in top right corner

Tap Health Data.

Tap Immunizations.

Tap Add immunization.

Choose the date of your immunization and tap Add in top right corner

Tap the “Health Data” tab.

Open the Health app and tap the “Health Data” tab. Next, tap “Vaccinations.”

If you don’t see the “Vaccinations” section, it’s possible that your Health app is out of date. To check for updates, open the App Store and tap “Updates.”

Once you’re in the “Vaccinations” section, tap “Add Record.” From there, you can enter the details of your vaccine, including the name of the vaccine, when you received it, and where you received it.

If you have a digital copy of your vaccine card (for example, if you took a photo of it), you can also add it to your Health app by tapping “Add Document.” From there, you can choose to take a photo of your card or select a document from your Files app.

Scroll down and tap “Vaccinations.”

If you have an iPhone, you can add your vaccination records to the Health app. To do this, open the Health app and scroll down to the “Vaccinations” section. Tap on “Add Records” and then select “Vaccination Records.” From there, you can add your vaccination information.

If you have an Android phone, you can add your vaccination records to Google Play Services. To do this, open the Google Play Services app and tap on the “Google Fit” icon. Scroll down to the “Vaccinations” section and tap on “Add Records.” From there, you can add your vaccination information.

Tap the “+” sign.

Adding your vaccine card to Apple Wallet is a quick and easy way to have your information handy when you need it. To get started, open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner. From there, scroll down and select “Medical ID.”

Adding your vaccine card to Apple Wallet is a great way to keep track of your vaccinations and easily share your vaccination information with others. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “My Health Records” tab.
3. Tap “Vaccinations.”
4. Tap “+.”
5. Enter the vaccination information, including the name of the vaccine, the date of vaccination, and the provider.
6. Tap “Done.”
7. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet.”
8. Tap “Add.”
9. Enter your passcode if prompted, then tap “Done.”

Tap “Done.”

If you’re in the United States, you can now add your CDC Vaccine Card to Apple Wallet. This will allow you to easily and securely access your card when you need it.

To add your card:
1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner.
3. Tap “Add Another Card.”
4. Tap “Vaccine Card.”
5. Use your iPhone camera to scan your card, or enter the information manually.
6. Tap “Next.”
7. Enter the security code from the back of your card.
8. Tap “Done.”

Tap the Share icon.

1. Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
2. Under Immunizations, tap a card.
3. Tap the Share icon
4. In the Share menu, tap Add to Wallet.
5. If you’re asked to choose a card type, tap Health Records Card.
6. Review your card and tap Add in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Tap “Add to Wallet.”

Adding your vaccine card to Apple Wallet will help you keep track of your vaccinations and easily share your immunization records with others.

To add your card:

1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner.
3. Select “Add Other Cards.”
4. Tap “Vaccination Records.”
5. Enter your name, hometown, and date of birth.
6. Tap “Add to Wallet.”
