How to Add Vaccination Records to Apple Wallet

If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to keep your vaccination records handy, you can add them to Apple Wallet. In this blog post, we’ll show you how to do it.

Open the Health app on your iPhone.

Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
Under Health Information, tap Vaccinations.
Tap Add Vaccination, then enter your vaccine type and the date you received it. To add more detail, tap the Details button , then enter information like the manufacturer, lot number, and other details. When you’re finished adding information, tap Done.
Tap Add.

Tap the “Health Data” tab.

On your iPhone, open the Health app. Tap the “Health Data” tab. Under Immunizations, tap Add Records. If you don’t see “Immunizations,” tap All Health Data Categories, then scroll find it.

Tap Continue, then choose how you want to add your records. You can use the Health app on your iPhone to keep track of your immunizations.

Tap “Vaccinations.”

You can add your vaccination records to Apple Wallet to have them easily accessible in case you need them. To do this, open the Health app and tap on the “Profile” tab. Scroll down and tap “Vaccinations.” From here, you can tap on the “+” button to add a new vaccination.

Tap the “+”Sign

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone. Tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner.

Under “Passes,” tap “Health & Fitness.”

Tap “Vaccination Record.” If you don’t see this option, contact your state or territory health authority.

Enter your information and tap “Add.” If you’re asked to confirm your birth date, tap “Continue.”

Select the vaccine type from the list.

On the main Health Records screen, tap “Vaccinations,” then tap “Add Record.” Select the vaccine type from the list. If you don’t see the vaccine you’re looking for, it may not be captured in Health Records yet.

Next, enter the date of vaccination, lot number (if available), and provider information. You can also add a note about the vaccination.

When you’re finished, tap “Done.”

Enter the date of the vaccination.

Open the Health app and tap the “Health Data” tab.

Select “Vaccinations” from the list of options.

Tap the “+” sign in the upper right corner.

Enter the date of the vaccination, Select the type of vaccine from the list, then tap “Add.” If you don’t see the vaccine you’re looking for, select “Other.”

To add a second vaccine on the same day, tap “+ Add another vaccine.” When you’re finished, tap “Done.”

Tap “Add.”

Open the Health app on your iPhone. Tap the “Health Data” tab. Under “Vaccinations,” tap “Add.” If you don’t see “Vaccinations” under “Health Data,” tap “Edit” in the upper-right corner, then turn on the switch next to “Vaccinations.”
