How to Add Money to Apple Pay

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

1.Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
2.Tap the pass that you want to add money to. If you don’t have an Apple Cash card, tap “+” in the upper-right corner and follow the instructions on your screen to set up Apple Cash.
3.Tap .
4.Tap Add Money.
5.Enter an amount and tap Add, or tap Max in the upper-right corner of your screen.
6.Choose how you want to fund your Apple Cash account:
-with a credit or debit card that’s already in Wallet
-with a new credit or debit card
-with bank transfer (requires iOS 11 or later)

Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner.

Open Apple Pay, then tap the plus sign. If you’re asked to add a card that you previously removed, tap Add, then enter the card’s security code.

To add money to your Apple Cash balance1, tap the plus sign , then tap Add Money.

Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.

If you’re using iOS 10.2 or later, go to Wallet, tap , then tap Edit. If you’re using iOS 10.1 or earlier, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.

Tap Add Credit or Debit Card. If you don’t see Add Credit or Debit Card, tap Edit, then tap .

Use your camera to enter your card information or enter it manually. If you need help, tap the question mark.

Tap Next and follow the instructions on your screen to verify your card.

After you add a card, you might be asked for additional information to verify your identity:
-Date of birth
-Social Security number (U.S.) or Social Insurance number (Canada)

Use your iPhone’s camera to enter your card information or enter it manually.

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone, then tap the “+” sign.

If you’re adding a credit or debit card, you’ll need to enter the card number, expiration date, and security code. If you’re adding a prepaid card, you’ll need to enter the card number and expiration date.

Once your information is entered, tap “Add.” You may be asked to verify your identity with Touch ID or Face ID.

Follow the instructions on your screen until you’re asked to verify your billing address.

Enter your credit or debit card information. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, you can use 3D Touch to add your credit or debit card to Apple Pay. To do this, press deeply on the Apple Pay icon on the Home screen and follow the instructions on your screen. You can also add your credit or debit card to Apple Pay in Settings:
-Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
-Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.

Choose a card type.

You can add credit, debit, and prepaid cards to Apple Pay. If you’re using iPad or Mac, you can also add store cards.

To add a card on your iPhone:
1.Open the Wallet app and tap .
2.Tap the plus sign .
3.Follow the steps to add a new card. If you’re asked to add the card that you use with apple id cards on other devices, or apps like App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books, tap next and enter your password. Then follow the steps on your screen until you see Done.
If you’re asked to verify your payment method, choose how to verify your identity, then enter the verification code that’s sent to your primary email address or phone number. On some devices, you might need to sign in with Face ID or Touch ID first. If prompted, update your billing address and phone number for any new cards that you add so that you use apple pay anywhere that accepts contactless payments.;

To add a card on your iPad:
1.Open the Settings app and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
2.Tap Add Credit or Debit Card under PAYMENT CARD STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT OPTIONS section .
3.Follow the steps on your screen until you see Done.;

To add a card on your Mac:
1.Open System Preferences and click Wallet & Apple Pay. You might be asked to sign in with an administrator password or Touch ID.;
2Click Add Credit or Debit Card under PAYMENT CARD STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT OPTIONS section .;
3Follow the steps on your screen until you see Done.;

Enter the required information and tap Next.

Open the Wallet app and tap the plus sign.

Tap Continue, then enter your card’s security code to add your credit, debit, or prepaid card from your iTunes account. If you’re asked to add the card that you use with apple id cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose them, then enter the card security code.

If you don’t see Add Card, make sure that you’re signed in to iCloud with your Apple ID. If you’re using Family Sharing and ask to add a card that belongs to another family member, a parent or guardian in your family must approve the request.
