How to Add a Bank Account to Apple Pay

Adding a bank account to Apple Pay is a quick and easy process. In this article, we’ll show you how to do it.

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone. If you don’t have the Wallet app, download it from the App Store.

Tap the + sign.

Choose which type of card you want to add. If you’re not sure, tap Credit or Debit Card.

Enter your card information manually or use your iPhone’s camera to capture your card information. If you’re asked to add the card that you use with apple id cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose them, then enter the card security codes.

Wait for Wallet to verify your information and activate your card. When you’re done, tap Next.

Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner.

Open the Wallet app, then tap . Tap Edit, then tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay and tap Add a credit or debit card.
Under “Card Type,” choose Debit Card.
Enter your card number, then scroll down and enter the rest of your information.
Tap Next. If you’re asked to verify your card, choose an option from the list:
-If you see your bank name and it says Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode beside it, enter your password or passcode.
-If you’re asked to call your bank to get a verification code, call your bank or follow their instructions. Enter the verification code when prompted and tap Next.
-If you don’t see Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode beside your bank name, choose Set Up Later in Wallet or Set Up Later in Settings on iOS 11 and later.

Tap Continue.

You may be asked to sign in with Touch ID or Face ID.
If you’re asked to verify your identity, choose how you want to do that. You might need to enter the security code that’s printed on your debit or credit card.
If you use a card on file with your carrier, you’ll need to enter the security code that’s printed on your billing statement.
Choose the amount of money that you want to add, then tap Add.

Tap Add Card.

If you already set up Apple Pay on your device, you can add a new card at any time:

Open the Wallet app and tap .
Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
Use your camera to enter your card information or enter it manually. If you’re asked to add the card that you use with apple id cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose them, then enter the card security code.

If you’re asked to verify your payment method, choose Verification Required and follow the instructions on your screen. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.

Use your iPhone’s camera to enter your card information or, if you’d prefer, type it in manually.

If you’d like use apple pay but don’t have an iPhone, don’t worry. You can use apple pay on your iPad or Mac. You’ll just need to make sure that you have an eligible Apple device for each of your devices. To add a bank account to your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap the “+” sign in the upper-right corner. From there, you can either use your iPhone’s camera to enter your card information or, if you’d prefer, type it in manually. If you’re adding a debit or credit card, you may also be asked to enter the card’s security code. Once your card is added, you start using Apple Pay right away!

Tap Next.

On the next screen, you’ll be asked to review the information you entered and tap Next. If everything looks good, you’ll be brought to a confirmation screen.

Enter the required security code for your card.

You may be asked to enter the security code that’s printed on your credit or debit card. If you’re paying with a credit card, this is the three-digit code on the back of your card. If you’re paying with a debit or prepaid card, this is the four-digit code on the front of your card.

Tap Next.

Open the Wallet app, tap the + button, then follow the steps.

If you’re asked to add a card that you already added to another device, enter the card security code.

Tap Next, thenconfirm your billing address. To change your billing address, tap it and enter a new one. Then tap Done.

If you don’t see Next, tap Add Card.

Tap Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

To add a new bank account to Apple Pay, you’ll need to sign in to apple id account page and agree to the latest terms and conditions. After doing so, you’ll be able to add a new credit or debit card to your Apple Pay account.

Tap Agree.

You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

If you have multiple devices, choose the device that you want to add your card to.

Tap next, then enter the requested information. Be sure to enter the numbers that appear on or after your card.
Tap next, then follow the instructions on your screen.

Depending on your bank, you might need to wait a few days for verification. After your bank verifies your card, tap Next. Then using apple pay

Tap Done.

After you’ve verified your bank account, tap Done.
