Apple Pay is a convenient and secure way to pay for things using your iPhone. Here’s how to access Apple Pay on your iPhone.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay.” If you don’t see “Wallet & Apple Pay,” tap “iCloud” and turn on Apple Pay.
Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
Open the Settings app, then tap Wallet & Apple Pay. If you don’t see Wallet & Apple Pay, tap General > Wallets.
Tap Add Credit or Debit Card. If you don’t see Add Credit or Debit Card, tap Edit in the upper-right corner, then tap the add button .
Enter your card information, then tap Next. Your card might need to be verified with your bank. If so, enter the security code that’s printed on your credit or debit card.
Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
Open the Wallet app, then tap . Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
If you’re asked to, add a card. We accept debit and credit cards from these issuers:
-American Express
-Discover
-MasterCard
-Visa
Use your iPhone camera to capture your card information or enter it manually.
To set up Apple Pay, you’ll need an iPhone 6 or later running iOS 11 or higher. You’ll also need at least one credit or debit card from a participating bank.
If you’re using iOS 11.2 or later, you use apple pay to pay in stores, within apps, and on websites in Safari. If you’re using an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, you can use apple pay to pay for transit.
Here’s how to set up use apple pay on your iPhone:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Tap Add Credit or Debit Card and use your iPhone camera to capture your card information or enter it manually.
If you’re asked to add the card that you use with apple id cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose them, then enter the card security codes.
Tap Next and wait for your bank to verify your information and decide if they’ll allow you to use this card with Apple Pay. When you’re done, tap Next. Then start using Apple Pay!

To set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap Wallet & Apple Pay. Then follow the instructions to add your card.
If you’re using an iPhone 6s or later, you can also add your card by using the camera. Tap Add Credit or Debit Card, then follow the instructions on the screen.
If you’re using an iPhone 6 or earlier, you can add your card by tapping Add Credit or Debit Card and entering the card information manually.
Once your card is verified, tap Next.
You can start using Apple Pay as soon as you add your credit, debit, or prepaid card to Wallet. To pay in stores with iPhone, you might need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.
If you have an iPhone X and want use apple pay in stores without using Face ID, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode and turn off iPhone Unlock. Then restart your iPhone. When you’re ready to pay, just hold your iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID. If you turned off iPhone Unlock and are using a passcode, double-click the Side button when you hold your iPhone near the contactless reader.
If you’re paying in an app or on a website that uses Apple Pay and have a problem paying, you can use a different payment method instead of Apple Pay. Some apps or websites might also check for whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser. If it’s not, they might not let use apple pay
Choose whether you want to receive notifications for your transactions, then tap Next.
If you want to be able to see your recent transactions or turn off Apple Pay, you need to go to the Wallet & Apple Pay settings. Here’s how:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
3. Tap the toggle next to Allow Transactions on Lock Screen if you want to be able to tap your iPhone to pay for things even when it’s locked.
4. Tap Notification Settings and choose whether you want notifications for all of your transactions or just those that are more than a certain amount of money.
5. Tap Next.
Tap Done.
In order to access Apple Pay on your iPhone, you need to have Touch ID set up and working on your device. If you don’t have Touch ID set up, you can do so by going to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and following the instructions on the screen.
Once you have Touch ID set up, open the Wallet app on your iPhone. You should see a card with the Apple Pay logo on it. Tap on this card, then enter your passcode when prompted.
Tap on the “Add Credit or Debit Card” option, then use your iPhone’s camera to scan your card. Alternatively, you can enter the card information manually.
Once your card is added, tap on the “Done” button in the top right corner of the screen. Your iPhone will now be able to use Apple Pay at participating stores and online retailers.
