Learn how to reset apple watch if you’re having trouble with it or if you want start fresh.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap “General” followed by “Reset.” Tap “Erase All Content and Settings,” then enter your passcode to confirm. Once done, apple watch will restart and take you through the initial setup process again.

If you can’t restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds, then release when you see the Apple logo.
It might take a few minutes for your Apple Watch to restart.
Tap Reset
If you need to start fresh with your Apple Watch, you can reset it to its factory default settings. This will erase all of your data and settings, including any paired Bluetooth devices, credit or debit cards for Apple Pay, communication histories in the Messages app, and all other apps and data that are stored on the watch. Once you reset your Apple Watch, you will need to set it up again as if it were new.
Before you reset your watch, you should back up its data so that you can restore it later. You can back up your Apple Watch using iCloud or iTunes. Once you have backed up your data, follow these steps to reset your watch:
1. On your iPhone, open the watch app
2. Tap the watch tab
3. Tap General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
4. Enter your passcode when prompted to confirm that you want to reset your watch.
5. Tap Erase All to confirm that you want to erase all data from your watch and start over from scratch.

If you want to start from scratch with your Apple Watch, you can erase all of its content and settings. This will remove apps, Documents & Data, current settings, and any paired Apple Watch.
When you erase your Apple Watch, it also erases your passcode if you have one set. If you decide you want to sell or give away your Apple Watch, or you have service issues and need to restore it to factory settings, erasing it completely is the best way to do it. Here’s how!
Make sure your watch is charged before beginning. You’ll need at least 50% battery life to complete a full reset.
Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until the reset is complete.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
Tap General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Tap Erase All when prompted. This will confirm that you want to erase everything on your watch.
Enter your passcode if prompted (this is different from the PIN code used to unlock your watch).
Tap Erase Everything to confirm.
Enter apple id password
If you have an Apple Watch with cellular, you need to enter apple id password to remove the device from your account.
If you don’t have an Apple Watch with cellular, you don’t need to enter your password. Just tap Remove.

If you want to completely reset your Apple Watch and start from scratch, you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
5. Enter your passcode when prompted.
6. Tap Erase All at the bottom of the screen to confirm that you want to erase everything from your Apple Watch.
