If you need to return an item, simply bring it back to any Apple Store within 14 days of the date you received your merchandise. We’ll refund the total purchase price of eligible products, plus any taxes that were charged. If you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll credit your account within three business days. If you paid by check, we’ll mail you a refund check within three business days.
How to get a refund from Apple
If you need to get a refund from Apple, you can do so by contacting them directly or going through their refund process.
