If you need to return an item, simply bring it back to any Apple Store within 14 days of the date you received your merchandise. We’ll refund the total purchase price of eligible products, plus any taxes that were charged. If you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll credit your account within three business days. If you paid by check, we’ll mail you a refund check within three business days.

How to get a refund from Apple

If you need to get a refund from Apple, you can do so by contacting them directly or going through their refund process. Apple offers a 14-day return policy for most products, but there are some exceptions. If you have an issue with a digital purchase, you can request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date. If you need to return a physical product, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to return it.

Online

If you made an online purchase from Apple, you can request a refund directly from Apple.com. You’ll need your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or by logging into your Apple account and choosing “Account Info.” From there, select the “See all” link under the “Order History” section. Once you’ve found your order, click the “More Info” button and then select “Request a Refund.”

In-store

If you made your purchase at an Apple Store, you can usually get a refund within 14 days of the purchase date as long as you bring the original receipt. If you don’t have the original receipt, you may be able to get a refund if you can provide some other form of proof of purchase, such as a credit card statement.

If you need to return something that you bought from the Apple Online Store, it’s easy to do and you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
