How to unpair apple watch from your iPhone, which is necessary if you want to sell or give away apple watch or if you want to pair it with a new iPhone.

Open watch app on your iPhone.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the watch tab then tap your watch at the top of the screen.
Tap the info button next to your watch.
Tap apple watch For cellular models, you might need to enter your passcode, then tap to confirm that you want to unpair.
Press and hold the side button until you start then drag the slider to turn off your watch.
Tap the My Watch tab.
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. Scroll to the bottom tap unpair apple watch

Tap your watch at the top of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom and tap the Unpair Apple Watch button.
Tap Unpair [your Apple Watch] to confirm.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. Scroll down, then tap Unpair Apple Watch. For GPS + Cellular models, you’ll need to enter your password for your cellular plan. If you don’t know it, contact your carrier. To keep your data, tap Back up then tap Start Backup. Tap Unpair [your Apple Watch] to confirm.
