How to Repair Your Apple Watch

Open the watch app on your iPhone

1. Open apple watch app on your iPhone.
2.tap general > About.
3. Tap the info button next to your watch’s name.
4. Tap the i button next to your watch’serial number
5. Tap Name, then enter a new name.

Tap My Watch, then tap General > Software Update.

If you see a red exclamation point

If you see a red exclamation point next to an app, it means that app needs to be updated:

-Tap the app, then tap Update.
-Connect your device to Wi-Fi, then tap Install. If asked for a password, enter the password for your Wi-Fi network.

Tap Download and Install. If prompted, enter your passcode.

Once the software has downloaded, the update will begin installing automatically on your Apple Watch. You may be asked to enter your passcode on your Apple Watch during the software update.

When the update has finished installing, your Apple Watch will restart on its own. Once it turns back on, you should see the new software version in the Settings app.

Wait for the process to finish.

Once the process is complete, your Apple Watch will restart on its own. You may see the Apple logo or a progress bar on the screen for a while as it completes the process.

When prompted, tap Install. Then wait for the installation to complete.

When your Apple Watch needs repair, you have two choices: you can either send it to an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider, or you can fix it yourself.

Sending it in for repair is the easier option, but it can be more expensive, and you may have to wait a while for your watch to be returned. If you’re comfortable taking things apart and putting them back together again, you may want to try repairing your Apple Watch yourself.
