If you can’t remember apple id password you can reset it and regain access to your account. There are a few different ways to do this, and which method you’ll use depends on whether or not you have access to the email address associated with your Apple ID. If you don’t have access to that email address, you’ll need to contact Apple directly.
How to Recover Your Apple ID Password
If you forgot apple id password you can reset it using the iForgot website. First, you’ll need to enter your Apple ID. Once you’ve entered your Apple ID, you’ll be able to choose how to reset your password. You can either have a reset link sent to your primary email address or answer your security questions.
Go to iforgot.apple.com
Go to iforgot.apple.com. If you’re asked to enter your Apple ID, click “Forgot Apple ID?” Enter your name and email address, then select Continue. If you enter the wrong email address, you can try again with a different one.
A verification code is sent to your email address. Enter the verification code, then select Continue. If you don’t receive a verification code, you can request a new one or use two-factor authentication instead.
You’re asked to confirm that you want to reset your password and presented with three ways to verify your identity:
-Send a verification code to your trusted device or phone number and enter it on the website
-Answer security questions
-Get an email from Apple
If you choose to answer your security questions, you’re asked three questions that only you should know the answers to. After you answer all three questions, select Continue and follow the instructions on the next page.
Enter your Apple ID
Enter your Apple ID in the field labeled “Your Apple ID is your email address.” If you’re having trouble, try entering your full email address, including the @ symbol and any part of the domain after it. For example, if your email address [email protected], you might need to [email protected], or even just iCloud.com.
If you see a message that says your account has been locked for security reasons, learn what to do next.
Select the type of problem you are having

Make sure that the date and time on your device are correct. If they’re not, update them and try again.
Restart your device and try again.
Unenroll your device, then set up two-factor authentication or two-step verification again.

Answer your security questions
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the web browser on your iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac. If you can’t use any of those devices, go to iforgot.apple.com.
When you’re asked to enter your Apple ID, click “Forgot Apple ID or password.”
On the next page, enter your first name, last name, and email address. If you see a message that says that your account has been locked for security reasons, it means we need to verify that it’s really you. All you need is a recovery key and an internet connection.
Reset your password
If you forgot your Apple ID password, you can reset it using the web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. If you’re signing in with your previous password, you’ll be prompted to enter a six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number.
If you use Apple ID and forgot your password or need to reset it, go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com) or if you’re using a mobile device, open the Settings app, tap [your name], then tap Password & Security.
