Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Go to iforgot.apple.com, enter apple id then click Continue.
Enter your Recovery Key for two-step verification.* Then enter the characters in the image you see. Finally, click Continue.
If you don’t have a Recovery Key, you can use these other methods to reset your password:
-Get an email: Enter a rescue email address that you set up when you turned on two-step verification, then click Continue. We’ll send instructions to that email address.
-Answer security questions: If you’re asked to answer your security questions, click “Don’t have an Apple ID or forgot it,” then follow the instructions on the next page to create a new Apple ID.
-Use another device that’s signed in with your Apple ID: If you have another device that’s signed in with your Apple ID and two-step verification is turned on for your account, follow these steps to get a verification code:
On your other device, go to Settings > iCloud > Password & Security. Tap Get Verification Code. Enter the verification code on your other device into the field on iforgot.apple.com and click Continue.*
*If you don’t see the option to select a trusted device or how many devices are trusted, it’s because two-factor authentication isn’t set up for your Apple ID.’
Enter your Apple ID.
If you forgot apple id password you can reset it and regain access to your account. To reset your password, enter your Apple ID and click “Forgot password.” Then follow the instructions on the screen.
Choose the option to reset your password.
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the web browser on your Apple ID account page.
Go to your Apple ID account page and click “Forgot your Apple ID or password.”
Enter your Apple ID, then click Continue.
Choose the option to reset your password, then click Continue.
Enter your Recovery Key for two-step verification.*
Follow the instructions to answer your security questions or enter a trusted phone number and receive a verification code.
Enter the verification code, then click Continue.
Choose a new password and enter it twice, then click Reset Password.
*If you don’t have a Recovery Key and you’re using two-step verification, you’ll need to turn it off first before you can reset your password.
Select Continue.
You’ll be prompted to enter the CAPTCHA code for security purposes. If you’re prompted for apple id password enter it. Enter a new password and confirm the new password. You might be asked to answer security questions.
Choose how you want to reset your password:

Get an email
If you have an Apple ID, but don’t know your password, you can reset it using the web.

Tap or click the link in the email to go back to your Apple ID account page. From there, enter a new password and select Reset Password or Change Password. If you see multiple options listed but don’t see Email Authentication ([email protected]), contact support for help resetting your password.
– Answer security questions: These are questions that you selected when you set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID account or registered your device with Apple School Manager or Volume Purchasing Program.* Follow the instructions on the screen to answer your security questions and create a new password.* If you’re having trouble reaching these screens or if none of your devices are online, contact support for help resetting your password so that you can use two-factor authentication or set up devices again.

Use Apple ID recovery
Apple ID recovery is a process designed to help you reset your password if you forget it. It involves answering a few security questions and then resetting your password.
Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.
If you forgot apple id password you can reset it from Appleid.apple.com.
1. Go to Appleid.apple.com.
2. Click Forgot Apple ID or password in the center of the page.
3. Enter your Apple ID, then click Continue.
4. Enter the code that was sent to your trusted device or phone number, then click Continue.
