How to change your fitness goals on Apple Watch
You can change your fitness goals on your Apple Watch at any time to better suit your needs. This can be done right from watch app on your iPhone. Simply open the app, tap on the “My Watch” tab, tap on “Workout,” and then tap on “Change Goals.” From there, you can adjust your calorie, distance, and time goals.
Open the Activity app on your iPhone
On your iPhone, open the Activity app. Tap the watch tab then tap Goals. Under Move, tap to change your calorie goal, then tap Next. Tap to add or change your Exercise goal, then tap Next. Tap to add or change your Stand goal, then tap Save.
Tap the My Watch tab
