How to Change Your Apple Watch Band

What You’ll Need

-Apple Watch
-Apple Watch bands
-Tiny screwdriver (if needed)

Step One: Remove Your Old Band

If you’re using a standard band that came with your Watch, it’s easiest to remove it by pressing the band release buttons on either side of the Watch. If you’re using a Link Bracelet or Milanese Loop, you’ll need to use the small end of the Link Bracelet Tool that came with apple watch

Standard bands:
To remove, press and hold the band release button on one side of the watch, then slide the band across to the other side. Press and hold the band release button on that side, then slide the band off.

Link Bracelet:
Using the smaller end of the Link Bracelet Tool that came with apple watch insert it under a link as shown. Push down to release the spring bar holding that link in place. Repeat for all links until you’ve removed enough links to slide off your wrist. To add links back, reverse this process.

Milanese Loop:
Using the smaller end of the Link Bracelet Tool that came with apple watch insert it through an opening near one end of a mesh loop as shown. Push down and rotate clockwise until you feel resistance, then pull out and repeat for all links until you’ve removed enough links to slide off your wrist.

Step Two: Attach Your New Band

If your new band has a watch pin on the end opposite the buckle or folding clasp, insert it into the hole on the long side of your watch. If your new band doesn’t have a watch pin, align the band with the long side of your watch, and then slide the end of the band under the clasp.

Step Three: Adjust the Band

Now that you’ve removed the old band, it’s time to adjust the new one.

1.First, loosen the band by holding down the two side buttons.

2.Then, slide the band across the face of the watch until it comes off.

3.To adjust the new band, simply reverse the process.start by sliding it onto the face of the watch, then hold down the side buttons to tighten it in place.
