If you’re concerned about the security of apple id you can change your password at any time. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it.

Open the Settings app.
If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, tap [your name]. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap iCloud.
Scroll down and tap Security. You might be asked to enter your passcode apple id password
Tap Change Password.
Enter a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Tap Change or Change Password to continue.

-Tap Password & Security.
-Tap Change Password.
-Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
-Tap Change or Change Password.

If you’ve forgotten apple id password you can reset it using the Apple ID account page.
1. Open the Apple ID account page in a web browser.
2. Click “Forgot Apple ID or password.”
3. Enter your Apple ID, then click “Continue.”
4. Select “I need to reset my password,” then click “Continue.”
5. Choose how you want to reset your password:
– If you have an iOS device signed in to your Apple ID, you can change your password using the Settings app. Tap Settings > [your name] > Password & Security, then tap Change Password. If prompted, enter your devices passcode, then follow the onscreen instructions.
– If you don’t have an iOS device signed in to your Apple ID or you can’t access Settings, you can change your password using the Apple ID account page. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the onscreen instructions.
Tap Change Password.
If you can’t remember apple id password you can reset it using the web.
Open the Apple ID website in your web browser and click “Forgot your Apple ID or password.” Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue. Choose how to reset your password:
-If you have an account with a security question, select “Answer security question” and follow the instructions.
-If you don’t have a rescue email address or security questions, select “Request account recovery.” You’ll need start a new recovery process.
Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password.
If you think your Apple ID password has been compromised, change it as soon as possible. If you can’t sign in or you receive a message that your account is locked when you try to sign in, try to reset your password or if you can’t reset your password,contact apple support
You might be asked to enter additional information to verify your identity.
When you change your password, you might need to update it on your other devices and in any apps that you use with your Apple ID.
Tap Change or Change Password.
If you can’t change your password, follow these steps to reset it.
1. Go to your Apple ID account page and click “Forgot your Apple ID or password.”
2. Enter your Apple ID.
3. Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
4. Choose how to reset your password:
-If you have an account with two-factor authentication turned on, you can reset your password from any trusted device that’s signed in to your Apple ID. Just enter your Recovery Key for two-factor authentication and a new password.
-If you don’t have two-factor authentication turned on, you can reset your password using the Email Authentication method. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
5. Enter the code from the reset email and set a newpassword, then choose Reset Password.
