How to Cancel Your Apple Music Subscription

If you need to cancel apple music subscription for any reason, you can do so directly from your iOS device. This article will show you how to cancel your subscription on an iPhone, iPad, ipod touch

Open the Settings app.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap apple id at the top of the screen.
4.tap view apple id You might need to sign in use touch id
5. Tap Subscriptions.
6.Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then tap Cancel Subscription.*
If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.*

Tap your name.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the Settings app.

Tap your name.

Tap iTunes & App Store.

Tap apple id at the top of the screen. If you’re using an earlier version of iOS, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > your Apple ID.

Tap View Apple ID and enter your password if prompted. If you’re using an earlier version of iOS, tap Password Settings and then tap Turn Off Automatic Renewal to confirm.

Tap Subscriptions.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, tap view apple id You might need to sign in or use Touch ID. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. Use the options to manage your subscription:

If you want to cancel a subscription, tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

If you want to change to a different subscription type (like an annual subscription), first cancel your current subscriptions. Then sign up for the new one.”

Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. To see all of your subscriptions, tap Subscriptions.

To the right of Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you don’t see a manage button, the subscription is already managed and can’t be canceled.

On the next page, scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel Subscription. If you still see a valid period of time under Subscription Period, then their subscription hasn’t been canceled and will continue until that time runs out.

Use the options to manage your subscription.

If you need to cancel your Apple Music subscription, you can do so from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Here’s how:

-Open the Settings app.
-Tap iTunes & App Store.
-Tap on your Apple ID.
-Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
-Tap Subscriptions. If you don’t see a subscriptions option, tap the More button , then tap Subscriptions.
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then use the options to manage your subscription.
You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Auto-Renewal altogether.

Cancelling Your Subscription on a Mac or PC

If you need to cancel your Apple Music subscription for any reason, you can do so from your Mac or PC. Here’s how.

Open iTunes.

Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID. If you have more than one accountancy firm, make sure that you’re signed in to the correct one.

Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select “Account Info” from the drop-down menu.

Enter your password when prompted and click “View Account.”

On the main Account Info page, scroll down and click on “Manage” under Subscriptions.

From the Manage Subscriptions page, click on “Edit” next to Apple Music.

Click “Cancel Subscription,” then confirm your decision.

From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account.

On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.

Click on the subscription that you want to manage, then use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or cancel your subscription.

If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, check to see if you have multiple Apple IDs.

Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.

If you decide that you no longer want to continue your Apple Music subscription, you can cancel it from your account settings. Once you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Here’s how to cancel your Apple Music subscription on a Mac or PC:

1. Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Account > View My Account.
3. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.
4. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section and click Manage beside Subscriptions.
5. Click Edit next to your Apple Music subscription.
6. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm by clicking Confirm on the pop-up window that appears.

On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section.

In the Settings section, click Manage next to your subscription.

On the next page, click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see the cancel button, it means that you’ve already cancelled and won’t be charged again.

To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple.

Open the App Store app. Tap your profile picture or the sign-in button at the top of the screen. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Manage under Subscriptions. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

On your Mac:
Open the App Store app. Click your profile picture or name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click View Information at the top of the window. On the page that appears, scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

To the right of the subscription that you want to manage, click Edit.

If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. To re-subscribe, sign in to iTunes with the Apple ID that you originally used to join Apple Music, then go to iTunes Store > View Account > Manage, and select Subscriptions > Renew.

On your Mac:
Open the App Store app.
Click your profile photo or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar.
Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.

On your PC:
Open iTunes.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
On the Account Information page, scroll down to Settings and click Manage next to Subscriptions.
Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID and check if other family members have subscriptions that were billed to a different payment method.”

Use the options to manage your subscription.

When you cancel your Apple Music subscription, you lose access to the Apple Music catalog and any music that you’ve added to your Library.

If you’re an individual subscriber and you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you’re a Family subscriber and you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of your current family group’s billing cycle.

If you have an Individual subscription and don’t see an option to cancel, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. Follow these steps if you’re not sure which Apple ID to use.

Cancelling Your Subscription Through Apple

If you need to cancel your Apple Music subscription for any reason, you can do so easily through the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can also cancel your subscription on a Mac or PC. Here’s how.

Call Apple’s support line at 1-800-275-2273.

When you’re ready to cancel your Apple Music subscription, follow the steps below.

First, you’ll need to find your subscription in iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.

On the Account Information page, scroll down to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions. If you don’t see a Manage option, click Edit instead.

Click Apple Music Membership (or whatever subscription you want to cancel).

Click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, click Cancel Free Trial.

You might be asked to confirm your cancellation. Click Confirm to finalize things.

Once you’ve canceled your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you’ll lose access to all of the features and content that come with Apple Music—including iCloud Music Library and Beat 1 Radio—and will no longer accrue any new charges for the service

Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

-Open the Music app.
-Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen.
-Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
-Tap Subscriptions.
-Tap Apple Music Membership.
-Tap Cancel Subscription.*
-Tap Confirm to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.

If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID and check your Settings. Then tap Subscriptions and look for Apple Music Membership.
