How to Cancel Apple Subscriptions

You can cancel apple subscription from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. Here’s how to do it.

Cancelling an App Store or News+ Subscription

If you need to cancel an App Store or News+ subscription, you can do so from your iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac. Here’s how:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap apple id tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Use the options to manage your subscription.

You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account.

Sign in with your Apple ID.

On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section.

To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.

Click on the subscription that you want to manage, then use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal entirely.

Cancelling an Apple Music Subscription

It’s easy to cancel apple music subscription from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Here’s how to cancel an Apple Music subscription on each platform.

On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android phone

To the cancel your Apple Music subscription on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android phone, follow the steps below.

1.Open the Apple Music app.
2.Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
3.Tap View Apple ID and enter your password if prompted
4.Tap Subscriptions and then select Apple Music Membership
5.Tap Cancel Subscription and then Confirm to confirm your changes

If you’re being charged for an expired subscription, you can update your payment method to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions. (If you don’t see the Settings section, follow the instructions on the Apple website to update your payment method.) Click Edit next to the subscription that you want. If you’re being charged for a subscription, but don’t see it in this list, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. From here, you can do these things:
-Change your subscription plan
-Cancel your subscription
-Set whether or not you want to renew your subscription

Cancelling an iCloud Storage Plan

It’s easy to cancel your iCloud storage plan from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Just follow the steps below to get started. You can also cancel your subscription from the Apple website. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, tap view apple id You might need to sign in or use Touch ID. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then use the options to manage your subscription.

If you don’t see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed directly with the provider and not through iTunes. In this case, contact the content publisher or app developer directly to cancel your subscription. They might be able to provide a link to cancel, or directions on how to cancel using their services.

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
Click your name, then click View Information.
Scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Manage,” click Edit and then add it.)
Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.
Click Done.

##On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Open the Settings app. Tap your name > Subscriptions.*
Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.*
Use the options to manage your subscription.* You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.
Tap Cancel Subscription.* If you don’t see “Cancel Subscription,” tap Cancel Free Trial or tap other options for your subscription first.* Then tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

Free Trials

Many Apple subscriptions offer a free trial. This allows you to try the service before committing to it. However, if you decide you don’t want to continue the subscription, you will need to cancel it before the free trial period ends. In this article, we’ll show you how to cancel an Apple subscription.

When you sign up for a free trial

When you sign up for a free trial, you’re asked to enter a valid credit or debit card. Information about your free trial (including the end date) is provided on the sign-up screen, and in your Apple ID account summary.

If you don’t want to continue your free trial, cancel it at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, you’ll be automatically charged for the subscription.

When you cancel during a free trial

If you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access to the content immediately. If you’re still within the free trial period when you cancel, your subscription won’t be canceled until the end of the free trial period. You might be able to retry the subscription later.
