Cancelling Your Subscription on an iOS Device
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
To cancel on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or your Apple TV (4th generation), or in iTunes on a Windows PC or Mac:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.

If you’re using an Apple device and want to cancel your Apple Arcade subscription, there are a couple different ways you can go about doing so. You can cancel your subscription either through the App Store app on your Mac, or by visiting Apple’s support website on your web browser.
If you want to cancel your subscription through the App Store app, first open the App Store. Then, click on your account name in the lower-left corner of the window. Next, click “View Information” and enter your password when prompted. After that, scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section and find Apple Arcade. Finally, click “Cancel Subscription.”
If you would rather cancel your subscription through Apple’s support website, first visit support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Then, scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section and click “Manage.” Find Apple Arcade in the list of active subscriptions and click “Cancel Subscription.”

If you need to cancel your Apple Arcade subscription for any reason, you can do so through the iTunes app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
Open the iTunes app. If you’re not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Tap your profile photo at the top of the screen. On your Mac: In the menu bar at the top of the screen, choose Account > View My Account.

What Happens When You Cancel Your Subscription?
When you cancel your Apple Arcade subscription, you will lose access to all of the games included in the service. If you have any saved data for those games, it will be lost as well.
